Here you will have the entire house/grounds to yourself with a secure privacy fence, enclosing a quarter acre area. Located in a cozy cul-de-sac, in a quiet, family neighborhood. Wooded, half-acre lot, both front and back. Ocean waves may, at times, be heard from the back deck. Tributaries to the intracoastal waterway can be seen from a .1m walk, and a marina is a quick jog or dog walk (1 mile) away.

This guest suite consists of one bedroom (King bed) and a full bath. The private entrance is located on the front porch and the space is closed off from rest of the home. Space does not include a living room or kitchen. but there is a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee-maker, comfortable sitting space, and a large porch to relax. There is also an air purifier in the room- with HEPA filtration, removing 99.9 of all particles in the air. The space is the size of an average hotel room.

It is 1.5 miles to Downtown Wilmington and the Riverwalk and 7 miles to the Beach. I have crafted the Carriage House from reclaimed materials. Enjoy the guest hot tub and fire table.
