A lovely old (1935) Hen House is the basis of this little studio (Tiny House). It is self supporting and is situated in Geervliet, a lovely old little town, very near the beaches of Hellevoetsluis, Rockanje and Oostvoorne. Also the medieval city Brielle is very nearby. We also love to cook outside, and when you need a BBQ or even a wood oven to make your own pizza's!, it's there! Inside there is already different kinds of tea and filter coffee and a coffee machine ready to use.

Our nice and cozy summer cottage is just 400 m from the boulevard with restaurants and the beach, you walk down the street and you are already at the lighthouse! The shopping street with shops, bakery, supermarket etc. is 500 m away, and forest and dunes 1 km away. It is a perfect base to enjoy nature (by bike) but it is also very central for a city visit to Leiden, The Hague, Amsterdam and Haarlem. Both in summer and in winter, it is wonderful to stay here.

We offer a cozy and attractive vacation home with every comfort. Completely renovated and beautifully styled. Our cosy Tiny House is located about 400 meters from the beach. Dunes and forest at 1 km and the shopping street of Noordwijk aan Zee only 600 mtr. The accommodation was completely renovated in 2021. It is a perfect base to enjoy the nearby nature, by foot or bicycle, and it is also very centrally located for a city visit to Amsterdam, Leiden or The Hague. In the months of April and May, Noordwijk is the flourishing heart of the bulb region.
