The granny flat is directly with us in the single-family house and has its own entrance. It is bright and very charming due to the oiled wooden floor. If you are as happy as we are about a view of the garden, the sneaking around of the cat and the cackling of 3 chickens, then you have come to the right place. The famous blue tower can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot and the river (Neckar) can also be reached on foot within a few minutes.

The bright and spacious attic apartment has a very large living room with access to a private balcony. Furthermore, a large kitchen (coffee maker, kettle, microwave) with a cozy sitting area and a bathroom with walk-in shower as well as a washing machine complete the offer.

The apartment is situated in the basement of my house. They use the apartment only for themselves and also have their own entrance. The living area is a light room and has an area of about 26 sqm. The sofa serves as a sleeping possibility and has a wide of 1.40 m and is sufficient for 2 persons. On the sofa there is a foam padding of about 6 cm. A normal bed is used as another sleeping option. Parking is very close by.
