The terrace and the romantic garden invite you to have breakfast, barbecue and chill. For the storage of ebikes or the like, the Garage available.

The apartment is on the second floor of a more than 300-year-old half-timbered house in traditional clay construction. The listed house has been professionally completely renovated and comfortably furnished with a lot of love for detail. The ecological construction ensures a very healthy indoor climate. In the garden there is also a rustic, wood-heated Finnish log cabin sauna, which we will gladly heat up for you for an extra charge of €15.

It is tucked away in a beautiful mezzanine and ivy-covered property yet close to the sights of the surrounding places. A soapstone oven for winter as well as a small terrace in summer bring you into the deserved feel-good mode. There is space for 3 people.

No extra guests and no visitors allowed. The rear garden cannot be used.

Our beautiful apartment is located in the Chemnitz - Reichenhain district. It offers a modern fully equipped kitchen, living room and bedroom, a daylight bathroom with bathtub/ shower. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable box spring bed, a single bed and a large closet.

You are in the middle of nature, where the fox and rabbit say good night. Your accommodation is freshly renovated and furnished with a lot of love. You can relax in our large, original garden, use the playground, but are also quickly on the highway to explore the surrounding area.
