Hyggeligt sommerhus tæt på havet

Hyggeligt sommerhus på stor og rolig grund - kun 50 meter fra havet. Sommerhuset ligger kun 5 minutters kørsel fra Odden færgehavn og en times kørsel fra København. Sommerhuset har to dejlige soveværelser med fem senge i alt. Derudover er der mulighed for at slå to senge op i stuen eller benytte sovesofaen. Huset er i skønne Yderby Lyng, hvor man gå en god tur fra kyst til kyst. Kun 10 minutters gang fra lækre TiR-bakery og 10 minutters kørsel til havnebyen med caféer og indkøb.

Sjællands Odde is perfect for swimming, scenic walks, bike rides, and cozy barbecues on the terrace – all set against the area’s famously beautiful light. The house is just 400 meters from a quiet, hidden beach only known to locals – ideal for a refreshing swim or peaceful seaside stroll. Let’s keep it our little secret... ;-) We’ve had spot since 2005. The current house, built in 2019, is a cozy retreat in every season – perfect for both sunny summer days and quiet winter escapes.

Welcome to our cozy summer house with a beautiful view of Lammefjorden! Here, you can enjoy peace, nature, and fresh air in a classic and simple cottage with charm. The house features an older but functional kitchen and bathroom, and it’s just a short walk to the lovely bathing pier. The area is very child-friendly, with plenty of space to play in the huge garden, where you can also barbecue and dine together under the open sky. Perfect for relaxation and family vacations!

FIRST ROW TO THE BEACH - Splendid view

Newly renovated nice and cozy 84+10 sqm holiday house in the first row to the beach (Sejrøbugten) directly South facing with sun all day on the terrasse (if shining :)). The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. To the North and West you will find only fields. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!

A grassy path leads through lush greenery towards Lammefjorden. The view includes the calm water of the fjord under a partly cloudy sky, framed by shrubs on either side. The serene landscape offers a peaceful atmosphere for relaxation.

Beautiful summerhouse 1 hour drive from Copenhagen

Skønt sommerhus kun 1 times kørsel fra København. Sommerhuset ligger i 2. Række til Lammefjorden. Huset er bygget i 2023 med en stor nyanlagt terrasse, hvorfra man kan nyde udsigten til fjorden. Huset ligger i et lille sommerhusområde, hvor der er masser af ro og mulighed for at slappe af i smukke omgivelser på landet. Udover sommerhuset er der et pænt anneks, hvor der er plads til to-tre overnattende gæster, udover de fire sovepladser der er i huset.

Huset er ideelt for familiehygge, dage ved stranden og i haven. Rådyrene kommer på besøg i haven, hvor bålstedet trækker på lange sommeraftener. Indenfor er 3 værelser til hhv. 2, 2 og 4 pers. Huset kan opvarmes om vinteren også via varmepumpe og brændeovn. Der findes bordtennisbord, 2 kajakker og cykler til fri afbenyttelse. Vandrerute 106 går næsten lige forbi huset og hyggelige Nykøbing Sj. er blot 3,5 km væk.
