From our lovely house you can stroll the approx. 200 m down to the water and the Nature Reserve Vesterlyng, with one of Denmark's best beaches, is less than 2 km from the house. Also enjoy a good dinner or drink at the many cozy cafes in Havnsø Harbor (NOTE: closed for the winter). From here, you can also take a mini island cruise to Nexelø and Sejerø. And for the cool morning swimmers and winter bathers, there's a sauna house at the harbor.

The garden is large, with 2 garden ponds and 3 terraces, where there is room for everyone. The house is very suitable for active families with children. There are plenty of toys, games and bicycles, a large trampoline for the children and a fire pit. The house is located on a quiet, closed road down to Lammefjorden, only 2 houses away from the water. Located in Kisserup Strand, which is about a 45-minute drive from Copenhagen.

The cottage is located 200 m from the fjord, where you can swim from the jetty in the summer months. The forest is about a 15-minute walk away. Enjoy the sun, tranquility and birdsong on the large terrace. Here's a campfire, barbecue, outdoor games and board games for cozy moments. The cottage has 2 bedrooms. Please bring your own bed linen, towels, tea towels and cloths and arrange for cleaning upon departure.

Private parking is available on the property.

Cozy, classic cottage on a large natural plot. You enter a cozy kitchen that is connected to a dining room with a wood-burning stove. In the living room, there is a lovely view of the garden. Two smaller but well-utilized bedrooms as well as inviting annex in the garden. Smaller, newly renovated bathroom with shower. The house looks inviting and bright. Bedroom 1: double bed (180x200). Bedroom 2: good sofa bed: 140x200. Annex: smaller double bed (120x200) with good mattress.

Hiking route 106 passes almost directly by the house and cozy Nykøbing Sj. is only 3.5 km away.

Close to the most amazing white sandy beach (Tengslemark Strand) you will find our newly build wood house - shaped by us to create a warm and friendly atmosphere. From the big glass windows, you are in one with the big wild nature ground. On the wood terrace, you can enjoy a drink to the sunset or have a BBQ with the family. There is trampoline and toys for children. Very quit area, but many activities close by. Please notice, no parties thanks

Modern newly renovated cottage with a minimalistic atmosphere a touch of nature and a lovely big garden with lots of trees. Located in a quiet area just outside Nykøbing Sjælland and close to Rørvig. The local beach, Skærby Stand and Rørvig Strand are among the best in Denmark. The house is very suitable for families( 2-3 adults and 2-3 children). Maximum of 6. Do not rent out to parties.
