Lovely child-friendly cottage, beach 300m

Lots of relaxation in a bright wooden house with orangery, lovely terraces and a large south-facing garden with play area for the children. For the car, a 22 kW type 2 charging station can be used. Here is peace and quiet and 300 meters to the beach with two bathing bridges in Sejerøbugten, and to the beach towards Kattegat there is 1 km. It is 1 km to the barbecue and ice cream shop, and a few minutes to the bakery, shopping and Havnebyen. We're happy to provide recommendations for excursions, restaurants, and shopping. The apartment is an enclosed unit with private entrance that adds an extension of a private residence. Cozy little place with private entrance, kitchenette and bathroom. The room contains 2 beds and small table with two chairs, so there is an opportunity to eat or work. The bathroom is small but has a shower. It is possible to use the washing machine and dryer. In addition, there is a tea kitchen with an electric kettle, as well as an armchair. You can buy instant porridge for morning food (20kr).

Small cozy charming and authentic cottage from the 30s. 200 m to the beach, good hiking and cycling opportunities in the nearby area, public transport right to the door, lovely garden with many pretzel nooks, barbecue, fire, hammocks. The house is not modernized and is original and charming. Among other things, the toilet is located outside the house in the shed and bath takes place as a floor sink or with outdoor shower.
