Lots of light and a large wooden terrace with fruit trees, grass and a trampoline. The house was built in 2022. The area offers beautiful nature in the beautiful Odsherred with hills, beaches, forests and art and culture. It is located a few hundred meters from Høve Skov with Lillero dining bar and restaurant as well as a few kilometers to Vig and Asnæs for shopping. 3 bicycles.

Here is a large terrace with plenty of opportunity to enjoy nature, watch the wildlife, eat out, barbecue etc. Here is 1.5 km to Nykøbing with restaurants, several shopping opportunities and shops. 5 km to cozy harbor town Rørvig with restaurants, ice cream houses and crab fishing The house is ideal for two families as bedrooms are apart. Here is a cargo bike for 3 children and a tow truck.

Dear guests. Welcome to the cottage from 2021, which meets all the needs for a wonderful holiday all year round with peace, beauty, nature, sandy beach, walks and sun. The house is located in a hilly glacial landscape at 40 meters height on a beautifully planted and sunlit plot, where the wild animals visit the plot early in the morning and when the sun sets in Sejerøbugten, and the birdsong is silenced when darkness falls. From the grounds you can glimpse the sea, and there is a short walk to the amazing stone-free sandy beach.

Surrounded by berry bushes and fruit trees, the garden is a wonderful place to share warm summers or cosy winters exporing in. Easy walks to forests and one of Sjælland's most unspoilt beaches.

Guest house in this beautiful location, secluded from roads and neighbors, where nature can be experienced up close with rich bird and animal life, which has its own entrance, toilet/bath and sauna. Here is a renovated building with visible beams and hems that invites you to really cozy moments with a stove. The guest house is adjacent to the primary residence where I live, but privacy is respected. Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed.
