Newly renovated nice and cozy 84+10 sqm holiday house in the first row to the beach (Sejrøbugten) directly South facing with sun all day on the terrasse (if shining :)). The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. To the North and West you will find only fields. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!

Vores skønne sommerhus er ideel for børnefamilier, og er et dejligt sted at have base for diverse udflugtsmål i området. Huset ligger på en naturgrund fyldt med lyng, som blomster i juli og august. I nærheden finder du en dejlig stenstrand. Efter en tur i havet kan man skylle sig i vores udendørsbruser, som både har koldt og varmt vand. Huset har en stor skøn terrasse mod syd, hvor I finder bambus lounge møbler, liggestole og et spisearrangement med grillområde.

Cozy little cottage with sea view and 3 minute walk to the jetty. 3 houses on a total of 66 m2, is divided into main house with kitchen, living room and bathroom 32 m2 with a large room where there are 2 sleeping places here on the sofa bed. An attached annex of 10 m2 with 2 beds + 1 sleeping chair that can be folded out. The new annex was just finished 24m2 and there are 2 rooms with 2 double beds. There are 9 beds but best suited for 6 people + 1 child

The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet area, an old cottage area with large natural areas. Located near Martinus center. The sea is about 150 meters from the home. There is a nice, unspoiled garden. We have room for 6 guests and pets are welcome. There is what you usually need, including new TV and lightning-fast internet (1000/1000 Mbit), with WiFi. Many good eateries, forests and beaches and various bathing beaches.
