Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

The house offers plenty of space for two families and you have it all to yourselves. It is located directly on a canal that connects two lakes and has two terraces, one of which is directly on the water. Barrel sauna and hot tub are available for exclusive use in the garden. We still use the house often ourselves, which is why it has a fully equipped kitchen. Look forward to two bathrooms, two master bedrooms, two youth bedrooms, a living room with dining area and a lounge for movie evenings.

Vor der Wohnküche ist eine grosse, überdachte Terrasse mit einem offenen Grill. Im EG befindet sich auch eine Dampfsauna mit Dusche und extra Gäste WC.

Our house is located by the river, in the picturesque village of Kunice, in the Słubice district. It is located among beautiful greenery. The semi-detached house is located in the center of the village of Pfaffendorf. On the property there is a double carport, a small lawn, as well as a terrace, which invites you to cozy barbecue evenings in summer. In the living room of the house, you have a TV and a fireplace, the bathroom is equipped with underfloor heating. Upstairs is a small and a large bedroom. Each of them has a TV.

Our wooden house is located in the midst of an extensive lake landscape just outside Berlin. Lake Storkow is only a few minutes' walk away. Here you can relax further in the beach and enjoy the water. The city center of Storkow, which you can reach in a few minutes on foot, offers you a historic old town, restaurants, shops and a medieval castle. Nearby there are 3 x 18 hole golf courses.
