The surroundings contribute to a feeling of being in a small forest, and there are often visits from birds, squirrels, hares, and deer just outside the window. In front of the cottage's large terrace there is a lovely lawn, and the place generally invites coziness and relaxation, and is very suitable for the family who wants secluded access to nature, where you can enjoy the fire pit, barbecue or maybe play ball.

The house is equipped with fiber broadband and WiFi that covers the entire 3000 m2 natural plot. In July and August, check-in is on Saturday. There may be some insects at times.

Built in 2023, with two restrooms, a large open kitchen and living room, and four bedrooms plus an annex with an additional bedroom, there's plenty of space for everyone to relax. Enjoy the outdoor bathtub and sauna (wood) or try out the outdoor Shelter. Our spacious home also includes a huge garden with soccer goals, trampoline, and play area for the kids and outdoor eating areas with BBQ. Perfect year-round!

Primitive Rustic Village House

Little old primitive house from year 1947. The house has a fireplace as the main heating source. So in the cold season please only book this place if you know how to use a fireplace as it's very cold with no fire. The house is located in a small village called Dokkedal right next to a huge nature area and the east coast. You'll have your own entrence into this beautiful nature area a few meters from the main door. Pets are allowed and the house is an old one so it's not allergy friendly.

I hjertet af Djursland holder prærievognen med højt til himlen og stor udsyn. Her er stille og rolig omgivelser med skov og en halv time til tre kyster samt skønne Molsbjerge m.m. Prærievognen rummer alt det en normal bolig indeholder bare i mindre skala. Hvis du/i ynder det, er der mulighed for sauna og vildmarksbad (tilkøbes) foruden en aften ved 🔥bålet. Kun jeg bor her samt et par katte Lidt fisk og fugle 😊 Holder respekt fuld afstand Venligst 😊 Claus
