Set within a stunning Grade II listed farmstead, just 50 metres from the edge of the North York Moors National Park & with easy access of coastal walks, beaches & market towns including Whitby, Pickering, Filey, Cayton & Malton. Stylishly & comfortably furnished, the ground floor is roomy & open plan with a wood burner & under floor heating. The mezzanine bedroom has a super comfortable King size bed & bath.

Fabulous, Cosy, Unique Barn Conversion

Fabulous cosy barn conversion located in a quaint village but a stones throw from many of the lovely beaches located on the east Yorkshire coast. Fantastic wood burning hot tub in the rustic outside den for your private use. You will have the whole barn to yourself including balcony which includes a charcoal BBQ, you can sit and chill while watching the sun go down. Also private side garden. Inside there is a roaring log burner to snuggle up to. Pets are welcome but are limited to one please.

The Owlery at Mill Farm

Recently converted, the Owlery is the perfect self-catered rural escape for couples. With its double height vaulted ceiling and full height double aspect windows the open plan kitchen living diner offers a light and airy space to unwind and enjoy the view of surrounding fields. The bedroom has a Kingsize bed, Egyptian cotton sheets and En-Suite shower room. The Bathroom offers complimentary Bramley products and cotton bathrobes. Both areas are underfloor heated. We're ideally situated just off the popular cycle routes and activity centres. The Pump House @ Pockthorpe

The Pump House is nestled within the Ancient village of Pockthorpe in the beautiful countryside of East Yorkshire. It is a renovated 200 year old farm building which has been lovingly restored to retain its original features including a deep well with glass top (reinforced!) pulleys and metal work. Whether you're seeking a romantic retreat or a fun-filled getaway, The Pump House offers a haven for relaxation or as a base to explore the beautiful Yorkshire Wolds and amazing coastline.

Within Sledmere House grounds you will find the beautiful walled garden, deer park, rare breed farm and a delicious cafe serving home cooked food. A perfect getaway for the whole family.

Elm Tree Cottage at Cottage Farm has been beautifully restored to a very good standard, with quality furnishings and décor which retains the traditional cottage feel. The cottage is all on the ground floor, has its own beautiful private garden and parking for 1 car. Directions it is in the village of Foxholes please turn into Cottage Farm off the main road and Elm tree cottage is in the far left hand corner of the forecourt just up the 2 large steps , you will see the cottage sign.

Located in the stunning Howardian Hills, this is a peaceful and romantic location. A perfect all year round escape. You park your car and the hut is a 5 minute walk from our house- make sure you pack suitable footwear. We can transport your luggage to the hut. The hut has cooking facilities (oven and a hob), there is also a fire pit for barbecues and a picnic table for outdoor dining. You have exclusive use of a hot tub which is right next to the hut.

Holly cottage is located in the charming little village of Wold Newton, in the heart of the Yorkshire wolds, within a short drive from the east coast resorts. Including Scarborough, Bridlington, Filey, Whitby, also york,Malton , Beverly, Yorkshire moors, and RSPB bempton cliffs. Spend your days walking on the beach or moors and wolds, then enjoy a drink at our village pub, then back to the cottage to sit by the log burner.
