Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Ocoee River

We had a fantastic time here! Beautiful views, quiet, and comfy. This was a perfect place to spend our anniversary, and we will most likely return in the future!

We loved This house! It was the perfect spot on the lake, and the covered boat dock was great! It even had a swing to sit and relax in while the kids enjoyed kayaking and trying to paddle board which gave us lots of laughs 😊 The host supplied the home with so many complimentary items if you forget anything no worries she has it available for you, such a nice change from most of the homes we rent while on vacation! The driveway is perfect especially if pulling a boat or even if you want to take daily walks as I did. The beds are always a big deal for us as we want clean and comfortable and this house had both, they was so comfortable and clean and fresh!! You can truly tell that the host cares about her renters and making their stay amazing!! I could go on and on about this home but unfortunately there is not enough room for me to type all that i need to ..lol...Thank you again Debbie for allowing us to stay in your home, as we truly loved your place and had a wonderful time!

Nothing but great things to say! Our host was super nice and responded quickly when we needed to communicate! The cabin is on the side of a mountain so you get beautiful views! With that being said I wouldn’t recommend driving at night if not used to driving mountain roads and the description of the road is accurate it’s a one way with some pull off areas for traversing. You don’t have to have 4 wheel drive during non winter season but there are people with cars that live there but we wouldn’t have felt comfortable to do that. The stairs to go up to the master bedroom are steep as she said but they have a non slip grip tape on each step and there are gates at every level for children/pets. The hot tub was so nice and was already up and running when we arrived. There were towels, dishes, some condiments, and a decent amount of kitchen utensils and such. Downtown blue ridge and ellijay are both pet friendly places! Amicalola state park is beautiful with an easy hike to the waterfall.

Beautiful spot! We didn’t want to leave! It was a wonderful few days relaxing and enjoying nature.

Loved our stay! This is a great place to unwind, relax and enjoy. Richard provided a detailed list of local sites to see and restaurants. We highly recommend staying here and visiting Tellico Plains.

I needed a place to stay for 3 months after my home in another city sold until my new place in Cleveland was finished. Rhonda’s place worked out perfectly. I was able to continue working from home. Internet worked perfectly. It was neat and clean and furnished so well. Rhonda and her husband were great and answered my questions promptly. So friendly. I would recommend to anyone.

It was absolutely one of the two most peaceful places I have ever been to. I wasn't ready to leave, and I will go back just as soon as possible. The place was clean and welcoming. We had everything we needed and Gary & Sheryl were awesome!!! If you want a quiet get away, I highly recommend "On the River"!!!

10/10 recommend!!! We LOVED our stay here! Laurie was super sweet and helpful. The room was clean and cozy. They offered us their kayaks and the grill. They had waters, creamer, muffins, and coffee in the room. Could not ask for a better airbnb!

The place was honestly a bit smaller than I had expected, but it was my first time ever renting Airbnb so I didn’t even read descriptions before renting, so that’s on me. Everything felt pretty comfy and my favorite part was definitely the sound of the river at night, gives an extremely peaceful vibe to the stay. It’s also a great location to find waterfalls for those wanting to hike. Excellent location, would definitely rent again.

This is a wonderful place to stay - and our third time at this location. Clean, close to SAU, comfortable with very amenities, nicely decorated, and great communication from Nina. Highly recommend!

If you’re looking for a condo that has privacy, but is right in the center of town and is surrounded by great restaurants and everything is in walking distance and a dedicated parking spot, then this is the place for you! Throughly enjoyed our stay here. This condo is literally on the top floor of a building that is the center of town. It has its own private patio that you can see the town of blue ridge. The only downside would be if you’re someone who likes to sleep in…. The Blue Ridge scenic rail is literally right behind you. So depending on what day it is you hear the train’s whistle blowing as early as 9 AM leaving and also coming into the station.

This was our second stay at Billy’s beautiful cabin in Suches. It was again amazing. We had a wonderful time fishing and exploring downtown Blue Ridge. Even caught and cooked two beautiful rainbow trout for dinner in the river right behind the cabin. Morning breakfast on the back porch was heavenly. Recommend this place highly!

Loved loved loved this condo! We will be booking again and coming back with family. The bedrooms were spacious and both large with large bathrooms. Extremely spacious for two couples and maybe a kid or two :) the place was extremely clean. Only suggestion I have is to extend check out to 11 so you can get a reservation at the black sheep down the road on your way out of town! They did extend this for us and we were grateful!

Loved everything about the condo! The location was perfect - we walked everywhere! Close to downtown, restaurants, breweries, and shopping. The condo was super clean with a nice aesthetic - a great vibe for our ladies weekend! Our favorite spot was the balcony with comfy seating for 4 to sip wine and overlook the train and people watch! Will definitely rebook this condo on future trips to Blue Ridge!

This was our 2nd time staying at William’s condo. Perfect location, beautiful, and had many comforts of home. This condo does not disappoint! The host(s) were great in their communication with us and responsive to our messages. We will definitely be back!!

Great condo! We did have a small issue with the HVAC but it was probably the first time anyone has turned it on this season. The staff (Tina and Moises) at the management company went above and beyond to get it figured out and fixed as soon as possible. They were very responsive and helped with anything we needed. The Perch is a great condo in a great location. The balcony is shared between the perch 3 and the perch 2 but that wasn't an issue for us because there wasn't anyone in the other condo. Overall a great stay and would definitely stay again.

The location of this spot is ideal to be near trails, or casino. Grocery store and restaurants are within 5 miles. The home is cozy and quiet. Enjoyed a restful weekend while feeling like we were home Thanks Wendy
