This is a newly built holiday home/guest house on two levels of approx. 30 sqm, located in a separate building on our property. It is located on a cul-de-sac in a quiet area, not near any major roads. It is close to the ferry, bus stop, grocery store and it's only a five minute walk to the nearest bathing spot. The surroundings and walking trails are very nice and the Skärgårdsleden is very close by. On the internet you'll find a lot of beautiful videos of the islands, search for Visit Öckerö.

Välkommen till vår lilla pärla! Mitt på Öckerö, helt nybyggd med alla bekvämligheter. Stort kök med diskmaskin. Hos oss bor du nära till allt, vi kan öarna utan och innan och ger er bästa tipsen. Boendet är romantiskt och passar för er som vill ha en fräsch, mysig och trygg vistelse. Tvättmaskin i det ljusa badrummet. Vårt hus ligger på en återvändsgränd 200 m från mataffär. Badplatser nås på 5-10 minuter med promenad eller cykel. Vi har bott i generationer på öarna och delar gärna med oss.

Välkommen till Lyckhem, ett hus som timrades upp 1880. Genom att hyra vår lägenhet får ni eget boende med egen ingång till hall, vardagsrum, kök, toa/dusch och två sovrum. I det ena sovrummet finns en 140 cm bred dubbelsäng, rummet saknar dörr men har draperi för avskildhet. Det andra sovrummet har en dagbädd som är 80 cm bred men kan dras ut till 160 cm bredd. Det finns en toa med dusch och kombinerad tvättmaskin/torktumlare.

Furthermore, the accommodation was impeccably clean, which only added to our comfort. We would love to come back here as the location is perfect, having the option to travel into the city centre by the metro nearby, or travelling into the nearby peaceful towns! Supermysigt boende. Läget talar för sig självt. Mysig och fräsch inredning. Det finns allt man kan behöva i köket, det var även väldigt gott att sova med ljudet från havet så nära utanför. (Mycket god ljudisolering med stängda fönster och balkongdörr). Den härliga utsikten vid privatbryggan var över förväntan. Kan verkligen rekommendera. Just när vi var här blåste det en del, så ta med jacka för promenaden, men när solen väl låg på så stekte det riktigt härligt. Obs, Lottas Surdegsbageri som bara är en liten promenad bort kan verkligen rekommenderas för en mysig & riktigt god frukost.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Johanna, logement propre et fidèle à la description. Literie confortable, équipements conformes à la description du logement. Le logement est facilement accessible en transports et permet un accès rapide au centre de Göteborg. Quelques commerces à proximité permettent d'avoir les essentiels et une boulangerie tenue un français assure des petits déjeuners délicieux.
