In the middle of the East Frisian countryside, there is a 1-room apartment at your disposal, which contains a double bed for two people, but can be increased to 4-5 people by an existing sofa bed and another couch. The apartment has a separate entrance. The entire property is at your disposal for your relaxation. Your big and small four-legged darlings are also welcome! A horse box is still available in the stable. Otherwise, in summer there is plenty of space on the lush pastures. A riding arena is also available. In the apartment there is a small kitchenette with cooking facilities and a microwave. The apartments are located close to the city center at Aurich harbor and offer you comfortable accommodation for up to three people. The city center of Aurich and the bus station are within walking distance within a few minutes. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment there are several restaurants, the Aurich swimming pool "debaalje" with outdoor pool, sauna landscape & children's play pool and numerous (cycling) hiking trails on the Ems Jade Canal . The pier of the MS Aurich is located in close proximity.

Parkplätze sind ausreichend auf dem Grundstück (4 Pkw möglich). Zentrale Lage, Fußgängerzone, Restaurants, Geschäfte in unmittelbarer Nähe. Für die Kleinsten sind 2 Hochstühle vorhanden und bei Bedarf kann zusätzlich ein Kinderreisebett (bitte angeben) aufgestellt werden. (Wenn ein Treppenschutzgitter angebracht werden soll bitte auch angeben)

You can also be in the middle of the city center in about 5 minutes by bike. The apartment is lovingly furnished and invites you to relax.

The modern apartment consists of a large living/dining area, a bedroom with a double-bed and a large bathroom. A garden house with a sauna and bicycles may also be used for a small fee. The proximity to the coast and the swimming lake Tannenhausen are perfect for day trips. The apartment was newly expanded and equipped in 2015/2016.
