The cottage is on the edge of a quiet cottage settlement in the forest above the dam, it is 150 m to the water by a path from the hillside, or by off-road vehicle or on foot 400 m along the forest road. There are four bedrooms on the second floor, one of which has air conditioning. There are two bathrooms. Parking is available by the house or in the garage.
