Coin-operated washer and dryer are shared with other units. The Strand is an Oceanside attraction with parks, beach access, bonfires, swing sets, and food stands. Downtown Oceanside is less than a mile away from the house and is surrounded by great restaurants and events. Every Thursday there is a farmer's market and night market with food and live music downtown. The condo is a garden view one bedroom with a king bed and a queen Murphy bed in the main area, fully equipped including free Wi-fi, beach chairs & toys . Centrally located with Downtown and the Harbor within walking distance. The beach is a 2 minute walk through the resort.

Walk to the pier, harbor, downtown, restaurants, shops, etc. No service/support animals as the owner has severe allergies. PLEASE NOTE neighboring cottage is under construction. I’ve dropped weekday prices down because of noise.
