1/2 block from beach, upstairs bungalow, clean, furnished and open floor plan, great room, deck, dining and livingroom, 1 bedroom w/ queen bed/ black out curtains, 50" Flatscreen with good wifi, Roku, large deck for sunning, bird watching. Wildland-urban interface local. We've seen raccoons, a coyote, swallows nest in spring and sometimes spiders make webs outside. We are right where urban and wildland meet. Longer stays available, just ask. Calendar is often blocked, but we can open dates.

This beach home is perfect for those looking to stay in and relax or go visit hot spots of the Oceano and Pismo area! The home is just steps from the sand and minutes from Oceano Dune access. There are 4 bedrooms, a common space, a living room, 2 bathrooms, laundry room, dining room, balcony and outdoor patio. Our home has an electric fireplace & heater for the chilly winter season. During the summer it can get warm on the coast, we have ceiling fans & portable fans; we do NOT HAVE A/C.

Close to ocean..wineries..quiet..barbeque and firepit area..patio for sunbathing ..microwave and coffee pot..laundry in room w/d..small ..refrigerator..toaster...iron and ironing board and also wifi..pets MUST be picked up after..if you can provide coverings for bedding that would be great..hair is a problem! I'd also appreciate good behavior from dogs ..being barked or snarled at in my yard isn't acceptable and I spend a little time every day in my yard.. please leash if not trained
