This newly remodeled 3 bedroom 1800 sq ft home is spacious, luxurious, professionally decorated, and absolutely stunning. Our home is just 1.5 miles from the Oceano dunes and beach, 3 miles from the iconic Pismo Pier, and a few blocks from some of the best Mexican restaurants in the county! Close to Pismo Beach Outlets and a variety of grocery stores. Our neighborhood is quiet, safe, peaceful. Only a quick drive to downtown Arroyo Grande and an easy 25 minute drive to downtown SLO and Cal Poly.

Great place to stay in a serene location close to the dune. Would happily stay there again.

This house is very beautiful, clean and organized so much. Plus there is a private backyard which has very beautiful gardens, chairs and tables. We could relax at inside and outside of the house. Also the BBQ grill is also provided so we could celebrate my son’s graduation before the big day. The owner Tara is very kind and her response is always timely and very clear for us to understand. We came to stay here from Japan with a family. We definitely recommend this home and the owner Tara. Thank you so much Tara!!!!!

We had a wonderful stay at David’s beach house in Oceano Dunes! I brought my mother to celebrate her birthday, along with my toddler daughter, and it was such a special getaway for all of us. The house was lovely—clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Best of all, it was literally on the beach, with the patio opening right onto the sand. The upstairs balcony had an amazing view of the ocean, the beach, and all the activity—it was the perfect spot to relax and take it all in. It was a little windy during our stay, but it didn’t stop us from having a great time. David was a fantastic host—responsive and easy to communicate with. We’d absolutely come back again!

We really enjoyed our stay in Oceano. Amy’s place was fantastic for us! The rooftop patio was amazing and the quality of the home was top notch. Everything seemed brand new. Would definitely rent again when we’re back in the central coast!

Hot Tub - Just Steps to the Beach - Sleeps 12!

The house was beautiful and the host was so friendly! Some of our party arrived in town several hours early, so I sent a message to see if an early check in was possible. I had a response within minutes saying that we could check in early! The house is a very quick walk to a beautiful beach, but we didn’t realize it was a drive-in beach and that people would be driving so fast on the beach. I would 100% go back here again, but do not recommend coming with kids for safety on the beach. We met a few locals who live on the street and they were so friendly and welcoming to tourists. They gave us a lot of great recommendations for the area. Close to Pismo as well for more shopping and restaurant options. We will definitely look into staying here again if we’re heading to this area!
