Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Oceana County

Great place to stay! Beautiful scenery and lots to do and explore! Awesome launch spot for kayak and very well instructed!

We enjoyed our stay immensely! The other guests encouraged me to give 5 stars. lol We did very little cooking at the cottage, however, the kitchen did seem well-supplied and very functional. The bedrooms were a tight fit. In two rooms the bed was against the wall on one side. It was worth it though to have queen-sized beds. I expected that with sharing a barlthroom we might be woken at night when folks moved around in the wee hours. I was wrong. There's not a squeak or creak to be heard. The setting was absolutely lovely. Because we were there in the off season it was especially quiet and peaceful. The firepit was enjoyed by all. Pentwater was a very cute town and we stayed busy there for 2 days visiting the local shops and restaurants. The walking path following the river to the lake was fantastic. That's where we started on the sculpture walk. Michael's communication was excellent. He even let us know that there was a chance to see the Northern Lights when we visited.

I couldn’t of asked for a better place to stay with my group. Everyone that was with me had a truck and trailer and we were able to park everything comfortably. This Airbnb is gear head heaven drag strip right next door and 2 miles down the road are the silverlake sand dunes. This place is in a real nice spot for privacy as well and we never felt like we were being to loud or having to much fun. The house itself was stunning and so well done for hosting a big group couldn’t of asked for a better experience

Wonderful stay – highly recommend! I had a fantastic experience staying at Susie's place! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything I needed. The location was perfect, close to the silver lake, EZ Mart and fuel is right across the street. Susie was incredibly responsive and kind, offering helpful recommendations and making check-in/out smooth and easy. The attention to detail really made the stay feel special. From tour guides to extra toiletries, welcome chocolates. You name it and she had it. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We have stayed here multiple times over the years. This is the first time I booked it vs one of the other guys booking it. We always look for this house as it has everything we need and its close to the dunes

Our first Dune experience and Michelle’s home was absolutely amazing! The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully stocked. We truly LOVED it and are already looking forward to coming back. My family did not want to leave.

My spouse and I really enjoyed our month-long stay at Diana's place! Diana was great at communicating throughout and was accommodating for us charging our EV. The property was lovely with multiple outdoor seating areas and great landscaping. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and had lots of storage space. We appreciated having two separate work stations with two monitors as well. The living room was cozy and a great place to watch postseason baseball and had a variety of interesting books to flip through. The home is nearby Silver Lake State Park with a few pedestrian entrances and less than 15-minutes away from Lake Michigan. We highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our second stay here! It is in a very quiet spot but still convenient to the dunes. The house is always clean and very comfortable. And it is so convenient to have a kitchen with all the daily essentials. We love this spot and hope to visit again in the future!

My now fiancé and I stayed here during what I know now was my engagement vacation. This house is small but a perfect size for 2-3 people (sleeps 2 comfortably), genuinely our only “complaint” was that the hot water doesn’t last super long and it turns cold very fast. So just plan to take shorter showers and you’ll be perfect! Close to the beach and everything we wanted to do on our trip. All things considered like the space, price, and the quality of our stay, we would absolutely stay here again and feel like it’s the best deal a couple could find. The host responds fast and was super nice when we forgot our bedsheets at home on the other side of the state. Genuinely zero complaints and would love to stay here again.

This place is fantastic for a group that loves the outdoors! They had all the basics covered and we didn’t want for anything. There is a bar/restaurant right up the road with good food and a pool table. We saw a bunch of wildlife including a bobcat. Very peaceful getaway- great hosts!

Awesome stay, we have done this with the family for a few years and really have a wonderful time between the cabin and the amenities at double jj. The place is hard to find as the directions take you down a service road, but once there it’s a dream.

We had a great stay at Marlene’s place. We loved the rustic feel of the cottage, which was very cozy. We enjoyed our coffee outside in the morning with the beautiful wooded backdrop and the sound of roosters. When it got chilly at night we through some logs in the wood burning fire stove. Really beautiful and comfortable place. Would definitely stay again.

This cottage was perfect for our family!! We loved how modern it is and how it has all the amenities we were looking for. We instantly felt right at home. The cottage is conveniently located next to all the major shops and we were right across from the Ice Cream Shop, which was a major hit with the kids. We would sit by the campfire and watch dune buggies go by which was pretty fun, and then when the long lines went away, we’d head over for an ice cream treat. We had a minor issue after our first night, and after notifying Sanel, the host, he got it fixed right away. I was impressed with how quickly he responded and how attentive he was to our situation. He truly cared and wanted us to have the best vacation. I am really happy I found this place and can’t wait to go back!!

We went here for a mini honeymoon after our wedding. We wanted to look at the stars and this location seemed perfect since it was so secluded. Conviently when we visited the northern lights were visible in this area. Will definitely be back!

We spent a couple days exploring Double JJ Ranch and Robert’s house was about 7-10 minutes from the ranch. Perfect location for us! It was a great house to rent.

This stay was perfect for a weekend trip to the sand dunes. Everything was clean and high quality with comfortable beds. A nice house and great location surrounded by woods. Would definitely recommend.
