Excellent location! Easy beach access. Perfect for solo traveler or a couple. Would absolutely stay here again.

Naomi is a fantastic and friendly host. The local kitties are friendly too. This location is literally steps from Ocean Park beach. You feel right at home. I’ve loved Ocean Park for years as my preferred beach in San Juan. So close to Kasalta and other restaurants and shops. Walgreens is very valuable to have close by. This imo is a perfect place to experience Ocean Park at its best.

Cute and small, just what we needed! Perfect for two people. Minutes from the beach in a fun busy area with lots of restaurants. Including one just steps from the front gate! Would love to stay here again!

The Pineapple room and the entire property was so cute! Extremely well decorated. Super comfy mattress, pillows, linens, towels, high quality cooking knives and pots & pans (we love cooking!) great location, water gets super hot. Loved the pool. Quiet location. Everything was decorated with intention. This was our 3rd air bnb on a multi stop vacation and it was such a relief to finally have all amenities we appreciate. Adrienne was flexible and helpful with our requests. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Hope you enjoy.

A very comfortable well-appointed apartment within easy walking distance to beaches, restaurants, a large supermarket, and public transportation to take you to old San Juan and farther away beaches. Evelyn lives in another part of the building and is available to her guests at all time. I very much enjoyed to come home to the air-conditioned apartment to rest after long days of exploring San Juan and nearby beaches.

Couldn’t recommend Michael’s place more. Lovely surroundings, beautiful greenery, 10/10 host, great recommendations. Space was clean, quiet and in a prime location, perfect for a couple. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

Great stay! Listening to the waves at night was so calming, even with the humidity outside the place was so fresh and cool. The beach was so close and walkable, and nothing was ever too far by uber would recommend and stay again !

My husband and I enjoyed staying here. The space was very cozy and comfortable. It’s close to many attractions and restaurants. The location was private and the area felt safe. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Maitee’s place absolutely exceeded our expectations. By far this is one of the best homes we have stayed at. We felt so relaxed and like we were at home. Maitee was just a text away and was highly caring/helpful when we had any concerns.

We had a great time in this house. We heard about all kinds of blackouts in Puerto-Rico, but there were none during our stay. Kitchen was great, fully stocked, bed was comfortable, there was hot water all the time (you just need to turn switch in the shower.) Beach and lots of food places are very close, supermarket was also minutes away by walking.

It’s a great place and they were very friendly, helpful, and nice.

Gorgeous spot, very easy beach access, beautiful view, night life next door walking distance, walking distance to many stores and restaurants! Overall a great experience and if I have the blessing to come back to PR, i will stay here. 100% recommending to my peers.

I really enjoyed my stay at Luis’ Airbnb! The space was clean and cozy, and the bed was super comfortable. The highlight of the trip was definitely the hot tub; it was the perfect way to relax and unwind. Luis was a great host and made sure all of our needs were met. I also loved blow it was so close to the airport. Would absolutely stay here again!

Very nice place to stay

Loved staying here. The apartment was nice and spacious. It was easy to find and easy to get into. Jhensen accommodated with early check in so we were able to drop our bags offs and go explore puerto rico. Everyone we met around was super friendly as well. Jhensen communicated quickly and clearly any time we had questions. Such an amazing stay and very close to many of the places we went.

Provided address, key code and WiFi prior to our arrival making it easy to request Uber from the airport and readily access our room upon arrival. 24/7 security and attendant at front desk. Historic fort site right across from our balcony. Nice beds. Nice shower. Great A/C. Conveniently located right upstairs of the pool. Walkable to 2 nearby beaches. Condado beach is a little further down Ashford Avenue yet still walkable. Snorkeling right in front of building with lots of tropical fish, starfish and turtles. Easy Uber access pick-up/drop-off steps away by the Caribe Hilton. Definitely a nice unit and wonderful stay. Thank you Wandy and Hernan for making us feel welcomed and checking in to be sure we were enjoying our stay.

Loved it, second time staying.

Juan was responsive, available and helpful. He’s place is clean and comfortable. I liked how the ocean was near our stay, literally walking distance. Also, the sauna and cafe shop in the lobby made our stay even more pleasant. I definitely recommend to stay :)
