Beach house vacation rentals in Ocean Lakes

A DREAM beachfront vacation, especially for families with young children. The house is very clean. We had the pool heated for our stay- the pool is perfect for everyone in the family. Our children especially loved having the ability to enjoy themselves in the water on the tanning ledge. The master bedroom has the most beautiful view. The private beach access was great. We loved having our meals on the screened in porch. The charcoal grill was great for burgers & hotdogs for lunches and dinners. The 4 rocking chairs on the deck porch were relaxing for the morning cup of coffee or the evening cocktail. Plenty of parking. Pack & play available. I had happy tears arriving to this listing- it truly is a gem beachfront rental. It has everything you would need to enjoy a family vacation at the beach. There were even beach toys for the kids, lounge chairs and a beach umbrella. Kristen was VERY responsive. Thank you for offering such a beautiful vacation home for families to make memories

This was our second time staying here and like the first time it was excellent! Was very peaceful , having the golf cart was a plus and was very clean. Had everything our family needed. I would highly recommend staying at this great property and we hope to be back again to make even more lasting memories. Rarely ever have to leave the campground unless you are looking to do other activities elsewhere which there is more than enough to do within the confines.

We came to town on a girls beach trip and this stay was perfect!! The location is amazing, and we felt very safe and comfortable here. The house has all of the basics you’d need. And extra beach towels!! Overall - we will absolutely be back and had a great stay. Karl was a 10/10 host, he was great at checking in to make sure we were comfy and always responded quickly!!

Could not have asked for a better vacation and Dare 2 Dream was certainly part of the reason! The family was able to just relax and enjoy the beach and the house. We used to stay in the towers, but with this house the walk to the resort pool and beach probably took less time than waiting for the elevators in the towers. We also enjoyed the private pool to avoid the large crowds at the resort pool at times. Great spot with water inlet and ocean views! Can’t wait to come back and book again! Thank you!

John and Lissa were so responsive, kind, and accommodating. Their property is beautiful and within a short walking distance to the beach. I would recommend staying at this location.

This was our first family beach vacation and staying at the Lucky Duck made it spectacular! We loved being just steps from the beach and being able to walk to restaurants and the pier! The private shaded pool was very well kept and the lounge chairs were perfect! We loved that each room had its own bathroom, and the balcony off the two rooms was a plus! I cannot recommend this place enough!! We look forward to staying at Lucky Duck again!

Adorable Beach House in a very quiet and family friendly beach town. The location was fantastic. The house was cute and cozy. The owners were amazing to work with, we had an issue with something related to Airbnb, and they were very diligent in resolving it from their end. Definitely would not think twice about returning.

The apartment is just a few minutes walk to the beach and close to a built up area with restaurants, shops and a bowling alley. The place itself is a clean and cute apartment with 4 good size bedrooms. This is a really good pick for a family with a couple older kids. The hosts Karen and Dwight were gracious hosts and responded to use quickly.

We enjoyed staying here! We had an issue with the oven and the thermostat but Patricia was very quick to get that handled for us! We are very happy with our stay!! Would definitely use Patricia’s place again!!

Nice place, accommodated everything that we wanted. Very nice and quiet location. Declan was very helpful, responded to everything in a timely manner. Highly recommended!

Enjoy the stay restful peaceful and close to beach

Loved our stay at Pelham Too! The pool and beachfront stay was perfect for our large family. The kids all loved swimming in the pool and it was great for those who wanted to relax on the sand all day too. The open layout on the main level was perfect for family dinners and there was more than enough seating for 8 adults and 6 kids. We appreciated how responsive James and Ellen were and hope to be back again soon!

We had a wonderful stay. The place was very clean, well equipped, very comfortable, and spacious. Udo and Sven were extremely responsive, courteous, and gracious. Even though the place is not beachfront, it is very close with easy access. We would be happy to stay here any time.

Great house, pool and jacuzzi were so fun! Pat is a great host. Make sure you bring toiletries, they do not provide. I would stay again!

This home was perfect for our family! Ann was very quick to respond to all messages! The only thing that is totally out of the homeowner’s control is the parking; there is a maximum of two vehicles and the spots are small. We had an Explorer and Yukon and it was a little snug but manageable. The home is very close to the beach and community pool. The neighbor is also very friendly which isn’t always the case when there’s a home being rented out. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying with a family!

Lisa's house in North Myrtle Beach was absolutely wonderful! The location is unbeatable – just a two-minute walk to the beach, and all the best restaurants, bars, and attractions are a quick drive away. The house was spotless upon arrival and exactly as described on Airbnb. We loved spending time on the patio! While there was a little noise from the adjacent unit, it wasn't disruptive. Our family had a fantastic stay. The only minor issue was confusing checkout times, but Lisa was incredibly prompt in clarifying, which we really appreciated.

This place has everything you could want for a beach trip. A wagon, beach chairs, boogie boards and even beach towels. The 4 block walk to the beach is easy but the golf cart made it much more fun. Public beach access with golf cart parking available on 17th and 21st. If you don’t like the sand, the pool and hot tub are enough. Even board games for rainy days. The only thing that could make this house any better is if it were oceanfront. Thanks again for the nice house to make more memories together.

We had a fantastic experience! The host was incredibly responsive, collaborative, and thoughtful throughout our stay. He answered all our questions and requests very quickly, making everything smooth and enjoyable. We looked at several apartments in the area and are truly happy we chose this one. The apartment is very well located, spotlessly clean, fully equipped, and offered at a great price. The host also took our suggestions for improvement seriously and handled everything with care. We highly recommend this apartment and would definitely stay here again!

Amanda’s home was really nice. It felt as if we were at home. It was clean and very roomy for the family that came down to visit. It is literally on the water which had exceptional views with a good amount of wildlife nearby. Parking was limited for us but that was due to the fact that we had larger trucks and a boat trailer. Overall, this was a great experience.

We had a lovely time. Only thing to note is make sure to bring k cups and coffee if you want coffee. We fit our baby’s pack n play in the master bedroom closet. The doors didn’t shut all the way, but that was probable for the better anyway for safety and ventilation. There was everything we could have needed at the house and the walk ability was awesome. Fresh-market and Publix are just a quick 15 min drive down the road too. If I HAD to think of a con, it would be the shower head in the master bathroom as it was difficult to properly wash my hair, but hey maybe that’s just a personal thing. I could have switched locations and used the tub as it has a retractable shower hose. So that was my fault for not making that change. Be sure to bring your own beach towels and maybe a few bath towels too. Overall, it was a phenomenal stay. Wish we could have stayed longer! Thanks Mark!

Absolutely would recommend. Great location. Host is amazing. Very kid friendly. Could have spent all week on the porch!!
