"Tuscan villa" light and bright in quiet location

My villa is ideally situated just 15 minutes from the Geelong CBD and the surf beaches of Ocean Grove and 13th Beach. Most of the outstanding wineries on the Bellarine are within 30 minutes, and 5 minutes away you have Melbourne's biggest water theme park Adventure World. We are also only 90 minutes from Melbourne and the Great Ocean Road is 2 hours away. The villa is free standing with quality fittings throughout and is in a very quiet location with everything you need to have a relaxing break.

Relaxed calm amongst the Gum trees. Older style home divided into two apartments Set on an acre block enjoy the tranquil sound of nature. Comfortable casual living with an outdoor Bali Hut leading on to the Spa and BBQ area. The apartment is fully self contained with only a 15-20 min walk to beach, main street with its vibrant cafes and restaurants. Only a short drive to the many wineries on the Bellarine Peninsula.
