Private apartment suite attached to our house. It has 1 BR. WE ARE NOT ON THE BEACH, but we are very close to Barnegat Bay & Ocean county new jersey coastline. We are 15 miles from seaside heights. 25 miles from long beach island. 4 miles from Cedar Creek & new Berkeley Island County Park. Smithville is 35 min drive. Atlantic city is 45 min drive. It is clean, private, functional, affordable and comfortable suite. HONEY BEES, DOGS, DUCKS & CHICKENS ON PROPERTY. The animals do make noise.

Shared entrance to the entire upstairs of my house. Two bedrooms, sitting room, private bath. . My husband and myself live downstairs. Three blocks to the bicycle path . We have bicycles to ride. Half a mile to downtown Manasquan. The beach is only 1.5 miles away. Inground salt water swimming pool. Beautiful landscaped grounds to relax and read a book!.
