Private suite vacation rentals in New Jersey

We chose Sara's airbnb due to location. We came due to our daughter graduating from Princeton. found the location really convenient, approx 12 min uber ride. There is also a bus stop nearby, taking you straight into princeton. surroundings are peaceful, with a 10min walk to lovely bakery. Airbnb itself was exactly as described and met all our needs ( we were out for the majority of most days). Sara herself was a very hospitable host, we arrived to a few treats left in the fridge, tea and milk. Sara was accessible throughout the stay, responsive to any messages and generous in checking out. we were extremely grateful for this, due to logistics of catching flights with 8 suitcases!! with Thanks Heidi

Excellent place to stay for a weekend! My daughter and I stayed here for her basketball tournament at the convention center. The location was very convenient to get there and walking distance to great food and the beach! Out of the hustle and bustle of Atlantic City which we loved. Would highly recommend!

Donna was an exceptional host and is an amazing space efficient decorator! She had everything we needed and then some. Would definitely stay again if back in the area!

Going to Serene Garden Cottage or "Mary's Place" is my happy place. Mary is an awesome host and I can feel my stress disappear when I walk in the front door. Everything about it is perfect and I always book the next visit before leaving...

I stayed at Jordan's place while visiting a friend in nearby Cherry Hill. Next time I come to visit, I will definitely be checking to see if Jordan's is available again! The suite was super clean, I was impressed with all of the amenities (loofahs! hair conditioner! an iron!!), and it was so quiet and peaceful, which was perfect after spending all day running around Philly and NJ! I even saw a turkey in the back yard on my last day! Jordan was a great host - the instructions for self check in were super clear, the house rules were reasonable, the internet was fast, and Jordan invited me to sit in the yard, which was just so kind. If you're thinking about this place, grab it before someone else does! Jordan has clearly put lots of thought and consideration into hosting, and I really appreciated it.

The house was perfect for our little get away. It was a 10 minute ride to the beach for my sons surfing event. The rooms were set up perfectly. It was great having two bedrooms. We each had our own space. The grounds were beautiful. So many flowers and the pool looked great. We didn't use it because we spent the 2 days we were there at the beach. Gayann and her husband were very polite and answered whatever questions we had. Their dog is quiet and so well behaved. You would never know they had one if you didn't see him. The day we arrived it was hot but the A/C's worked fast to cool the rooms down. I love that I was able to park in their driveway. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Near a lot of restaurants and shopping. We already booked our stay for next June..

Blanch's place was perfectly located for my visit to Butler, in a quiet neighborhood. I had a lovely stay.

This was our second time staying at Highlands with Bronwyn. It's cute, cozy, and has a beautiful porch and backyard that feels totally private. It's also a great location-- we biked everywhere from her place. We'll definitely be back!

The Urban Oasis is a gem! Cute and quiet neighborhood with great restaurants in every direction (Cafe Lafayette, Harry’s Daughter, Grind Coffee, and more. River Market has a wide variety of healthy groceries and essentials). The location cannot be beat. Easy walk to the train and Liberty State Park (amazing views of NYC from here). Quick ride to Exchange Place and World Trade Center. The apt itself is beautifully decorated. Exceptionally clean. Simple yet lovely touches. Relaxing! It’s very spacious with great natural light—especially in the large bathroom—which has a great tub and amenities, very hot shower with good pressure. Comfy bed. The platform offers a nice separation in the studio. The kitchenette had everything we needed for the week. Great workspace at the desk. The strong wifi allowed me to do a meeting from the garden and patio area—which is like an outdoor retreat. I traveled with my spouse and 7-year old (he loved the fold out bed), but I will book again for a solo trip!

Great place to stay! Lovely space, great location, incredibly well-stocked. We had everything we could possibly need and more! The fenced yard was very nice for the dogs to have some free time also!

This stay was perfect for me as I was travelling solo for a festival at the Sussex County Fairgrounds in Augusta. It was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing and photos. Stefanie & Bob were communicative, generous hosts who reached out ahead of my stay, and provided snacks and some beverages in the fridge. The small fridge had full shelves to hold takeout meals, and a small freezer on top to hold some ice and cold packs, unlike the tiny shelves in hotels that only hold drinks. I enjoyed dinner outside one night while listening to the birds. The shower was new & clean, with a nice selection of toiletries available in case you forgot something, even bandaids. Ubers/Lifts were easy for getting back and forth to the festival 20 minutes away, however I don’t know if they ran late. Some great restaurants are close by, and there’s plenty to do in the area. I’d like to get back to the area to finish exploring and would stay here again.

Beautiful long driveway. designated patio with container gardens, table and chairs and umbrella. parking in the driveway near the entrance. big open field next door our dogs loved to play in. small deck with chairs and a grill. indoors was spacious clean and comfortable. beautiful updated kitchen and bath stocked with all your needs. tv games and books for entertainment. and a desk for remote work. friendly responsive hosts.

Eveny's place was great for what we needed. The pond out back was beautiful. It rained, so unfortunately we didn't get to enjoy it like we hoped. As others have said, you will hear footsteps and furniture moving. She is also a very early riser, if that matters for you. There is not a heavy curtain to close for privacy for the door. Finally, make sure you leave before 11 am. I was trying to put the key in the lockbox at exactly 11 am and could not because it was already locked. Overall, Eveny's place was what we needed with a beautiful view.

Geoff is an incredibly friendly and accommodating host who is always looking to take your trip to the next level with an absolutely amazing Home on a breathtaking property that overlooks a farm surrounded by beautiful trees and wildlife. There is no shortage of amazing places to experience through out the property including multiple koi fish ponds, a movie theater, and a private bonfire location etc. I would certainly book this BNB again without hesitation, thanks again for being a great Host!

We needed a place for a tired travel basketball player to rest in between tournaments. A hotel could’ve worked but Yvonne’s place worked SO MUCH better! Flexible checkin and checkout and that feeling like you were in a guest suite and not a Marriott was exactly what we needed! Every single detail has been considered here. If we find ourselves in the area again, we will be back!

My stay at Alfred’s place was exactly what I was looking for! He was super friendly and responsive with any questions that I had. He also went above and beyond after I had left a personal item behind, making sure that I was able to retrieve it. I would highly recommend his Airbnb, and will definitely be staying here again!

Great hosts. They let me know an event was taking place that involved parking as parking in jersey is very different. very helpful answered all my questions very quick.

Kristine’s place is a great place to visit NYC from. Located in a quiet but safe neighbourhood, just a few minutes away from the Path at Journal Sq. the apartment was very clean and tidy. Kristine even provided us enough bottles of water for the week and umbrellas. Luckily we hardly needed them. Thank you!

Su was very responsive and clear about the instructions for the bnb, and it was easy to contact him whenever needed. The listing itself was also a cozy setting and the overall quality was great.

We felt right at home on our mini getaway to Cape May. Anne Marie’s space was lovely, and one of the most well thought out Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in. Everything we needed, she had there already! The space was clean, quiet street, and so close to the bay! The outdoor shower was amazing as well. We truly felt like we were home. Thanks for sharing your space!
