The house was in great location to access the popular areas of LBI. The house was clean and perfect for the amount of people we had. The 2 bedrooms on the main floor was great to have for my handicapped mother.

The outdoor area features a raised deck with comfortable seating and warm lighting, overlooking a tranquil lagoon. Nearby, a sandy space is arranged with lounge chairs and decorative plants, creating a relaxing environment for enjoying waterfront views.

Renee & Joe’s place was well maintained and had plenty of room for our family of 4. The beach was a quick two block walk and the bay was within walking distance. There are some restaurants within walking distance but much more in a just a 5 minute drive. This includes the Fantasy Island amusement park in Beach Haven. Renee & Joe were very helpful and even left a nice welcome gift when we arrived.

So many great things to say about our stay. The elevator is a great feature for anyone who has difficulty with stairs as well as a convenient way to unload all your supplies. The views are no less than stunning. The roof top deck allows guests to see the sun rise in the morning and sunset at night. The hot tub is another plus along with the game room. The house was well stocked with anything one could need. Klaus was patient and responsive to his tech challenged guest (me). It is centrally located lending itself to ditching the car 🚘 and choosing to walk instead. The house could use some work as it is showing signs of wear and tear. The mattresses in kids’ room are reasonable for children, but for adults, not so much. This aside we would rent the house again in a heartbeat.

This is one of the best Airbnbs I had ever stayed in. My family came to town and this offered them a first "Jersey Shore" experience. Despite there being 9 of us, we never felt ontop of eachother since the whole house was great for entertainment. The space was clean, comfortable, stocked with all the essentials, and close by to restaurants, experiences, and stores. I felt that the space was better than advertised and the pictures don't do it justice for how beautiful it was on the Lagoon. Merle was responsive and a great host. I would book this place again in a heartbeat.
