The apartment is close to Ocean Beach, San Francisco Zoo and Golden Gate Park. It's attached to the garage of a single family home, with a private entrance. You’ll love my place because of its charm, walking distance to the beach and easy access to public transportation. On a beautiful day in San Francisco, you won't find a better place to watch the sunset. It's good for couples, solo adventurers, surfers, and business travelers. We have ample street parking with minimal restrictions.

Beautiful Private Garden Apt. Nr. Golden Gate Park

We built this apartment with the thought that someday we would live in it ourselves. Thus, we chose to go "high end" with construction materials, fixtures, linens, and cookware. The apartment opens to our backyard garden, with a patio and bocce court. Two blocks from Golden Gate Park, we are in a safe neighborhood, and are close to main bus lines, museums, great restaurants, and beautiful hikes. I have consistently been a Superhost since I started hosting, 13 years ago.

Patio seating on our deck with views of the Sunset Reservoir and in the distance you can see the Golden Gate Bridge on a clear day. Washer and dryer are available in the garage. High speed internet, great for remote workers.

Upstairs portion of light-filled art deco corner house with Pacific Ocean view from living room and front bedroom. Known in the neighborhood as the Bubble House, it's decorated with art and character inside and out. Kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped. BBQ on the back deck over the backyard. If you have a regular sized car or SUV, you'll always have a dedicated parking spot on the street right in front of the house blocking (but not in) the driveway.

Short walk to N-Judah Street Car, Number 18 bus, cafes, and restaurants, and short 3 blocks to the famous Golden Gate Park. We use run a HEPA air purifier and ALL linens are washed in hot water. There’s also a Dyson air/heat/purifier. One block to beach, N-Judah, shops, & restaurants. One block away is San Francisco’s newest park “Sunset Dunes”

My place is close to Ocean Beach, Golden Gate Park, Street car station, Many local food markets, Restaurants. You’ll love my place because of the location, the people, the outdoors space, the neighborhood, and the ambiance. My place is good for business travelers, couples, solo adventurers. People from all backgrounds are welcome in my home. My listing has 3 beds for 4 people. However, you will have to pay extra fee for more than 2 people.
