The apartment is practical and furnished with a lot of love. The cozy living ambience as well as the very tastefully furnished and super well-kept courtyard with outdoor kitchen are made a feel-good oasis by the quiet location. In addition, Robert's mom is an absolutely lovely lady who surprised us with delicious cakes. The restaurant with a beer garden close by is also worth a visit. Everything was great for us.

All around great accommodation for a short getaway with friends or family. We'd love to come back!

Very quiet house in the forest. Rustically furnished, everything works. Well suited for 15 people.

We were received in a very friendly manner. The apartment was very clean, nicely decorated and it is a pleasant size. The equipment includes everything you need for a holiday, even various different glasses for a social evening in front of the fireplace are there. Shower room and hand soap were also available.

We stayed with John for 2 nights. The cottages are really superbly furnished and are not too small for a family of 4. So here you can also stay longer. 😊 In the kitchen and bathroom there were things like coffee filters, salt, shampoo, toilet paper, so you don't have to go shopping right away - except for food, of course. 😉 You can walk into the forest right by the house. It wasn't so quiet👍 with us on the weekend, but that's certainly the case - because we had a dog tournament. Otherwise, I can definitely recommend the place and we will definitely come back.

Communication in advance with the owner was very friendly and informative. When we arrived, we were shown everything. The apartment is well equipped, super clean, the beds are very comfortable. We were three families with small children. The three bathrooms were great for us and the many play opportunities inside and out delighted our children. We were completely satisfied. Thank you

The house is perfectly equipped. It is very quiet, located in the countryside and has a great garden. We were all very comfortable.

The first impression was really good, the lower living space was warm and modernly furnished and there was everything you need. The lower bathrooms were heated, but didn't get really warm. The upper bedrooms were nicely decorated, also the hallway warms the sofa really cozy and warm. The upper bathroom was nice and warm, but the shower was an adventure, at some point you had the hang of it. The street noise was uncomfortable at night, with the window open didn't go at all. But the location on the street is just like this and you can't change it. We had a lovely weekend in the spacious house and would like to mention that the small pub next door is really quaint, cozy and it's hard to find it. We can recommend the house! Wonderful location high up in the Vogtland, wide forests, deep valleys, plenty of hiking trails and viewpoints. In addition, nice people, good inns and with us also a lot of sun. We always like to come back to the area.

We had a wonderful time in Valeč! The layout of the Airbnb was very open and perfect for our girls trip. It felt like a sleepover! Because we had no neighbours wall-to-wall the flat was perfect for game nights and a relaxing time. Also everything was nice and clean, the check-in and check-out was super uncomplicated and we loved the cats that came running every time we left the house. The surrounding area was so quiet and beautiful. Especially the castle park only a few steps away was well maintained and felt calming as well as secretive. In conclusion, we loved our stay there and would recommend it. PS: shout-out to the owner of the tiny shop in the village, he was super nice and his shop had everything we needed.

We were received in a very friendly manner by the helpful couple, who also gave us good tips for the area. The accommodation is quietly located and can be the starting point for hikes. The house was spacious. The kitchen was well equipped, the living room cozy and the beds comfortable. In good weather, we were able to use the large sun terrace. It was a lovely stay.

We had a fantastic stay in this nice house. The house was clean and all the necessities were present. The fact that you can walk directly from the house directly into the beautiful nature was for us (and the dog) the biggest plus. As far as we are concerned, it is subject to repetition!

Perfect for multiple families or a group of friends. Absolutely sufficient amenities, a large space for a shared seating area, privacy. There's nothing to complain about, we'd love to come again.

It's a great location. The house is exactly spacious enough, very clean, you have a lovely large garden around the house with beautiful views. Nice neighbors, supermarket with fresh bakery within walking distance. Good base to explore the Erzgebirge. The owners are super nice and accessible. We felt very welcome and would love to come back!

Thank you Olaf 🙏 for the great home you provided! We had a nice and cozy vacation with wonderful walks in the area. Already when walking out of the street there is a forest with hidden gems; waterfall and blauer Stein. It was a bit of a search for the cottage on arrival but actually it was very simple; anyway we could have asked Olaf since he answered very quickly, but we wanted to get to know the people in the area, who kindly helped us. Everything was present as it read in the advertisement. Smooth flexible check-in and check-out. Nice communication also during our stay; we were looking for something specific from the region and Olaf recommended us the right shop. Very nice region and a nice stay. Recommended 🌟

We were welcomed with a warm , "happiness to". We also got excursion tips right away, so we were allowed to spend really nice days in the Ore Mountains. The small but nice apartment has everything necessary and is ideal to rest after an eventful day. We will be happy to come back!

We were four adults and two dogs and spent the Easter holidays there. For the dogs, a large basket with treats and a bowl of water were provided - very lovingly. The house is very cozy and well-maintained. The large garden with different seating is perfect. Overall, the house is highly recommended and offers everything you need and beyond. A big thank you to the owners. If nothing comes up, we'll be back.

Family vacation - 10 children and 6 adults A very nice, somewhat secluded place to stay. The attic room is ideal as a children's kingdom 😄 Beautiful and extensively equipped kitchen, sufficient sanitary facilities. There is enough room for the whole pack in the large main room. Supermarket and similar just 15 minutes by car. We will definitely visit again!
