The flat is in Ponitz, close to Renaissanceschloss Ponitz. You'll find a flat of three rooms in a historic mill house. You may use for 2, 3 or 4 persons. In the living room is a two-bedded gallery and if needed, we add a bed for three. Downstairs is a bed for the fourth person. Bed for smaller and smallest kids is available. The kitchen is well-equipped but there is no baking oven (only stove) and no TV (but WiFi). You'll find bathroom with shower, hairdryer and towels. Parking lot is available.

Wir möchten euch gerne in unserer gemütlichen und ruhig im Grünen gelegenen Ferienwohnung im Ortsteil Pleißa begrüßen. Die Wohnung ist verkehrsgünstig gelegen. Durch die Nähe zur Autobahn A4 und A72 ist man schnell in sehenswerten Städten wie Dresden, Leipzig und Jena, oder im wunderschönen Westerzgebirge. Die Chemnitzer City erreicht ihr mit dem Auto in ca. 15 min. Gleich um die Ecke gibt es einen schönen Spielplatz zum Tollen. Auf vielen Rad-und Wanderwegen könnt ihr die Gegend erkunden.

Die kleine Wohnung liegt in mitten eines Gärtnerei Grundstückes im Erdgeschoss des Vermieters. Die Zufahrt erfolgt über einen befestigten Feldweg. Der Eingang ist über den Hinterhof erreichbar. Mit dem Auto kann fast direkt vor die Haustür gefahren werden, durch die idyllische Gartenanlage und dem Nutzgarten. Achtung: Im Sommer ist der Parkplatz durch fallende Äpfel ( unter Apfelbaum) eingeschränkt. Vor dem Anwesen ist ein Parkplatz der auch genutzt werden kann.

Es war einfach ein Träumchen! Wir wurden von einer super herzlichen Familie empfangen und haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Einrichtung und der Hof sind wirklich etwas ganz besonderes, wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation, der Check-In und alles weitere funktionierte ebenso problemlos. Gerne kommen wir wieder und werden es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Danke für den zwar kurzen aber tollen Aufenthalt!

Wir sind eine kleine Familie aus Berlin und haben ein Wochenende bei Kathi in Altenburg verbracht. Es war sensationell! Die Wohnung ist exakt so, wie beschrieben und wir haben uns auf Anhieb wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist schick und modern eingerichtet und es ist alles da, was man so braucht. Durch die ruhige aber zugleich auch zentrale Lage war es für uns die perfekte Kombination aus "mal abschalten" und gleich zentral und schnell in der Stadt sein. Die Kommunikation mit Kathi war immer schnell und freundlich und wir konnten alle Fragen rasch klären. Check-In und Check-Out waren ebenfalls sehr unkompliziert. Kathi hat uns sogar mit einem Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage geholfen! Mega! Alles in Allem waren wir mehr als zufrieden und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wer Altenburg besuchen möchte, sollte sich Kathis Wohnung definitiv einmal ansehen. Wir können die Wohnung und Kathi als Gastgeberin sehr empfehlen und kommen gern wieder.
