Welcome to ARTEna, our small apartment in Kassel. The apartment is 39 square meters and faces north. Through the large window fronts in the living-dining room, the room is flooded with light and you have a beautiful view of the garden. Modernized and cozy 75-square-meter (809-square-foot) apartment in a well-maintained 18th-century half-timbered house. A large, like-new kitchen and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower are available. There is a new sofa bed with an ottoman in the living room. For possibly a 3rd person. The bedroom now has a box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm / 5' 11" x 6' 6¾") and a children's travel cot can also be set up if needed. My place is right in the center of the historic old town of Höxter. Restaurants and pubs as well as all shopping are within walking distance. Corvey Castle, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is only about 3 km away. Höxter is located on the R1 bike path, only about 500 meters from the apartment. Towards Godelheim after about 1.5 km is the recreational lake with swimming and sports facilities, which is very popular in good weather.
