Im 1895 erbauten Belle-Époque-Haus genießt ihr direkt im historischen Stadtzentrum von Bad Gastein einen atemberaubenden Ausblick auf das Tal und den berühmten Wasserfall. Als Ausgangspunkt der Kaiser Wilhelm Promenade lädt unser hauseigenes Café/Weinbar mit einer tollen Sonnen-Terrasse zu erlesenen Getränken ein.

This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Nearby there are numerous attractions, ski resorts, ski touring routes, hiking routes, via ferratas, bike paths, gorges and much more. Since we have a very small farm, there is also the possibility to get in touch with our sheep.

Our apartment is centrally located in the heart of Obervellach and is the ideal base for skiing, winter hiking, pony hikes and nature experiences in the Mölltal – even for just one night. The apartment is on the ground floor and has two separate bedrooms, a living and dining room, a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet. We live on the upper floor of the house. Shopping and gastronomy are within walking distance.

The approx. 60 m² apartment is located in our family home, right on the Alpe Adria Trail, surrounded by Alps and invites you to feel good! Several ski resorts such as Mölltal Glacier, Ankogel or Goldeck are approx. 20 minutes by car from the apartment. The apartment is separately accessible in the staircase so that you can fully enjoy an undisturbed vacation!
