Cozy studio in Emmental

This newly built 24 m2 studio is located in the Emmental, 20 minutes from Bern and 20 minutes from Thun. It is very quiet because it is located in a residence on the heights of the village of Konolfingen from where you can admire the landscape of the Swiss Alpine meadows with in particular the famous Stockhorn, and the Niesen... It is within walking distance (15 minutes from the train station) as well as by car. We have a space in the residence's garage available to our visitors. The entry is independent.

Very good location for excursions in Switzerland. Only 30 minutes by car to Bern or to the Bernese Oberland. 1h to Interlaken (Jungfraujoch - Top of Europe). 1.5h to Lucerne, 2h to Engelberg (with Titlis). I rent out a 1.5 room apartment with full facilities. The apartment we rent out is only for guests, so guests do not share rooms with other people. We are located on a farm in the Emmental at the top at 1130 meters above sea level with a very nice alpine view up to the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau. We have lots of animals to pet. The apartment is not accessible by public transport. You need a car or taxi to reach the apartment.

Studio with views of the valley and mountains. The cozily furnished apartment is on the first floor with direct access to the seating area and parking. In the living room and bedroom there are 2 foldaway beds, a sofa bed, a dining table with 4 chairs, a bookshelf with TV and the cupboard. From the living room you have a magnificent view of the mountains. The landlords live in the basement and are also there when you arrive.

Public transport stop in the immediate vicinity (5 minutes' walk). The city of Bern is about 8 km away. The beautiful skiing and hiking areas in the Bernese Oberland are easily accessible.
