My apartment is located in the small, idyllic village of Ittendorf, very quiet in a cul-de-sac and is ideal to recover from the stress of everyday life. It is a small place with 750 inhabitants, surrounded by orchards. It is part of a detached house and is located in the basement. The apartment has a separate access with a small sunny breakfast terrace. A free parking space right in front of the door ensures a comfortable arrival and departure. .

The apartment is located in the attic and the amenities are largely new. In good weather, a beautiful Alpine panorama and a small part of Lake Constance can be seen. The nearest shopping is about 3-4 km away. The Friedrichshafen trade fair is 5 km away. Lake Constance is about 8 km away.

The apartment, which was completed in the spring of 2018, can be reached via an external wooden staircase. Now nothing stands in the way of a relaxing "lake time." My place is in the countryside close to the historic old town Ravensburg. Lake Constance (e.g. Friedrichshafen ) can be reached in about 20 minutes. Shopping is available nearby (1 to 3 km). You will love my place because you can look up to Lake Constance and the Alps in good weather. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stove, and much more. My place is great for couples, solo travelers and business travelers

Idyllically located apartment/room

The apartment (35 m2) is close to Oberteuringen. It has a double bed 1.80 x 2.00 m. There is a small kitchen (fully equipped) with a dining area. The fridge has a small freezer. Coffee maker, kettle and toaster are also available. A private parking is located directly at the house. It is an ideal starting point for day trips around Lake Constance or also for the numerous trade fairs and events here in the area.

The old house, which we have lovingly and completely renovated from an ecological point of view, is located opposite a beautiful vantage point with an old oak tree over the lake. It is only a 5-minute walk from the historic old town. The cozy accommodation is wonderfully quiet with an idyllic view of the vineyards in the middle of a beautiful, natural garden.
