The annex apartment is located right next to us in the single-family house and has its own entrance, which leads through our basement room. The apartment is bright and very charming thanks to the oiled wood floor. If you are as happy to see a view of the garden, the cat's creeping around and the cackling of 3 chickens as much as we are, then you have come to the right place. We as a family, with 3 older kids, are looking forward to friendly encounters and would like to make your stay in Heilbronn pleasant.

Heilbronn und Neckarsulm sind in wenigen Minuten über Landstraße zu erreichen. Einkaufen vor Ort(teilweise mit kurzem Fußweg): Edeka, Kaufland, Lidl, Aldi, div. Bäckereien. Erholung: Naturdenkmal Waldheide, das Stadtseebachtal, Burgruine Weibertreu laden zum Spaziergang ein. Nur wenige Gehminuten vom Apartment entfernt!

City, forest & river. Quiet, right in the forest and on the river as well as right in the city. Beautiful apartment with its own large (south) terrace and wellness area with sauna. Direct access to the park-like garden (for shared use). Great walks are right outside the front door. The bus stop is only a few meters away (about 7 minutes by bus to the train station/city). By car in about 5 minutes. We live with our children in the house. We are happy to help with questions, tips and a chat.
