The Rose - Romantic loft at the Spessart forest

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. There is a lot of room for up to 4 people, areas to relax, cook or work. Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

Located in Steinau an der Straße, the holiday apartment Birke im Sand 68 with step-free interior has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The 26 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include a dedicated workspace for home office, a smart TV with streaming services, a fan, a washing machine, a dryer as well as children's books and toys.

The unique location of the forester's house in the heart of the Spessart makes your stay extra special. The forester's house was completely renovated in 2019. On request, it is possible to book two extra beds (€20 per person/day). Pets: €15 per day & per animal. Gas grill: €30 per stay Important: Please do not let dogs sleep in bed. If we find out afterwards, we will have to charge additional cleaning costs.

Vacation home with sauna

We moved from the city to an old farm in 2016 and live here together with our dog Dago and three cats in the middle of Schwarzenfels, a municipality of the city of Sinntal, below the beautiful Schwarzenfels Castle. We are gradually renovating the farm. In 2020, our "vacation home" project was completed and we are looking forward to our guests.
