The bathroom has a shower and bathtub (overlooking the countryside). In just a three-minute walk you can reach Nymphenburg Palace, in approx. 10 minutes to the botanical garden. The public tram station at Romanplatz can also be reached in five minutes, and a taxi stand is two minutes away.

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally.
