Our cottage is located directly on the lakeside, consists of 3 apartments and 2 add. rooms to rent (i.e. for children). The spacious lakefront property is a place of adventure and relaxation as well as an oasis for swimming, sunbathing and simply unwind - the contrast to crowded lakes. House and garden are well secured and only separated by an access road. Additionally: steam bath, playground, barbecue, fire pit, picnic tables, 2 rowing boats, washing machine, dryer and rooms with terraces.

Die Unterkunft liegt auf etwa 1.250 m Seehöhe und zeichnet sich durch die gemütliche Atmosphäre und die ruhige Lage am Ende des Zufahrtsweges aus. Bis zur Liftstation zum Skifahren oder dem Mountainbike-Trail (Sommer) sind es nur noch ca. 5 min mit dem PKW. Bis ins Tal und zum nächsten Supermarkt sind es ca. 12 min, eine Bäckerei gibt es in der Nähe der Lifte. Our yurt is hidden at the edge of the forest, offering a place of peace and seclusion. To the south, our summer pastures stretch out, where cows graze and trout leap in the ponds. To the west, our operational building, constructed in 1878, rises up with its historic cider press and adjoining horse stables. The secluded location, combined with our equine-assisted offerings, is perfect for a relaxing retreat in nature, romantic getaways, or extended hikes.

An old log house in the middle of the forest, surrounded by large trees, dense bushes and wide meadows, which was completely renovated 3 years ago. Silence and pure nature. It is located in Edelschrott, Styria, Austria in the middle of a forest on a clearing. 4 hectares of meadows and forests all round belong to the house and can be used freely. Full day, no matter what season. Absolutely no noise from cars, construction sites or anything else. Wifi !!

Ferienhaus im Grünen auf 1100m Seehöhe

Ein gemütliches Ferienhaus etwas abseits unseres Bauernhofes lädt zum Verweilen und Entspannen auf über 1100m Seehöhe ein. Das Haus liegt in sonniger Lage, mit Aussicht in die wunderbare Natur. Es liegt nur 5 km von der A2 entfernt in Modriach, in der schönen Weststeiermark. Absolut keine Störgeräusche von Autos oder sonstigem. Aktuell gibt es super Rodelmöglichkeiten! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es im 15km entfernten Ort Edelschrott.

Idyllisches Chalet in den Bergen mit Naturdach

Auf 1000 Meter Seehöhe erwartet sie eine einzigartige Atmosphäre umgeben von Wäldern und dem Hebalmsee. Morgens werden sie vom Sonnenaufgang geweckt und von der Abendsonne verabschiedet. Ein großer frei zugänglicher Pool - nur 3 Gehminuten entfernt - lädt zum Baden ein und der Hebalmsee ist 10 Autominuten entfernt. Ob Fahrrradtouren oder zum Bergwandern ist dieses Chalet ein hervorragender Ausgangspunkt.

Wake up in a hut built with wood from our forest, in an idyllic location. In the morning, from your warm bed, you can gaze through the panoramic glass, and admire the magnificent view of the Kamnik-Savinja Alps. In the hut is one double bed with a pull-out extra bed, small kitchen with fridge, outdoor terrace with deck chair. Every hut has its own bathroom in the immediate vicinity (15m-30m).

Für Naturfreunde und Sportler bestens geeignet. Direkt von der Unterkunft aus können Wald und die Berge erkundet werden. Der wunderschöne Packer- Stausee mit dem PKW nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Gratis W-LAN und Parkplatz vorhanden. In unserem Apartment sind Hunde willkommen, es wird eine zusätzliche Endreinigungspauschale von € 25,-- verrechnet.
