Attention radar trap, 30 km/h.The appartment ist located 3 min from highway A81 at the main street of Empfingen.There is a lot of traffic noise during the working days (windows with noise protection!). About 1 hour to the lake of Constance, 50 minutes to Stuttgart. 12 Min to the historic town Horb.About 35 min to Tübingen and Rottenburg. In our village there are 2 bakeries, a butcher's shop, 3 restaurants and 2 supermarkets. The parking place is situated about 5m from appartments entrance.

We renovated our apartment in 2024 with a lot of love, the bathroom was completely rebuilt and underfloor heating was installed. The 30 m² apartment is located directly on the popular Neckar Valley bike path. Oberndorf is a conveniently located starting point for activities in the Black Forest, the Swabian Alb or Lake Constance. This apartment is centrally located. There are shops, downtown, bars and restaurants within easy walking distance.

The "Lerchennest" is located separately on the upper floor of the rustic half-timbered house built in 1890. The small town of Aach is only 5 minutes by car from the spa town of Freudenstadt and offers the ideal base to discover the Black Forest. But there is also plenty to explore around the Lerchennest: the natural garden, a fireplace for grilling, a sauna for relaxing, feeding goats or hiking together, cuddly cats and much more.

Your vacation home in the Swabian Alb is located in the former “Lerchenhof-Balingen” farmstead, which was completely renovated and converted in 2014. The apartment itself was lovingly furnished in mid-2016, is about 90 square meters, fully furnished and covers two floors. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. It offers 2 bedrooms and a spacious sofa with a fold-down function. You could sleep there if necessary. A separate toilet is also included so as not to disturb anyone while showering. The apartment is located in the attic of our house and we are easily reachable if you have any questions. For permanent parking, free hiking parking is available opposite.
