About 1 hour to the lake of Constance, 50 minutes to Stuttgart. 12 Min to the historic town Horb.About 35 min to Tübingen and Rottenburg. In our village there are 2 bakeries, a butcher's shop, 3 restaurants and 2 supermarkets. The parking place is situated about 5m from appartments entrance.

The apartment is on the ground floor of an old farmhouse, newly renovated and modernly equipped. Excellently located, between the Black Forest, Lake Constance and Alb. Ideal for 2 people. Living-bedroom with sitting area and double bed, blackout blinds. Fully equipped kitchen: Senseo coffee machine... Daylight bathroom with rainforest shower. The apartment is self-contained, we live upstairs and use the same entrance. The apartment is pet-free, but our cat lives in the house and garden.

The long-vacant building was renovated with great care for its historical structure and insulated with eco-friendly materials. We renovated our apartment in 2024 with a lot of love, the bathroom was completely rebuilt and underfloor heating was installed. The 30 m² apartment is located directly on the popular Neckar Valley bike path. Oberndorf is a conveniently located starting point for activities in the Black Forest, the Swabian Alb or Lake Constance. This apartment is centrally located. There are shops, downtown, bars and restaurants within easy walking distance.

Bright top floor apartment

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. It offers 2 bedrooms and a spacious sofa with a fold-down function. You could sleep there if necessary. A separate toilet is also included so as not to disturb anyone while showering. The apartment is located in the attic of our house and we are easily reachable if you have any questions. For permanent parking, free hiking parking is available opposite.
