Gutshof Doberschau - Granary

The granary is located in the attic of the manor house built in 1794. The farm is protected under historic preservation and has been renovated from an ecological point of view. Sustainability is important to us - among other things, electricity and heat come from 100% renewable energies. The apartment is plastered with lime and clay according to the old model. Furthermore, wood and very good insulation contribute to a pleasant living environment all year round.

A retired dinghy cruiser is stranded on our alpaca farm and offers space in two berths below deck to sail to the land of dreams. Above deck there is an outdoor seating area to enjoy the mild evenings with a good book or to spin a few more sailor's tales. A mini kitchen, shower, dry separation toilet and fire pit are available in the common area on our farm.

There are bakeries, butchers and supermarkets in the immediate vicinity.

The 74 m² apartment is a duplex apartment with hallway, living room, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and large balcony. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony or outside (non-smoking apartment). Outside there is a large garden with pool/pool house (seasonal use) and fire and barbecue area. Garage and carport are available. Wi-Fi, shopping in the village, use of the fireplace room is possible after consultation.
