Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Obergiesing-Fasangarten

We had a fantastic stay at Rainer’s home during our trip to Munich. The property is spacious, newly renovated, and beautifully furnished with a warm, inviting interior that made us feel right at home. One of the highlights was the large, well-maintained backyard—our kids absolutely loved playing there, and it provided a perfect space for us to relax. The home is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood with easy access to scenic walking trails, which we enjoyed exploring as a family. There was also plenty of parking space available, which made things very convenient. Rainer was a wonderful host—attentive, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed and offered great local recommendations. Overall, this was a truly enjoyable and comfortable stay. We would absolutely return and highly recommend Rainer’s home to anyone visiting Munich and surrounding area.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Pauline ist eine sehr freundliche und nette Gastgeberin. Die Wohnung war sauber und hatte alles, was man braucht (wie beschrieben), sogar einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank. Das Badezimmer ist modern. In 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht man zwei Supermerkte, eine Bäckerei, einen Imbiss mit Pizza, Döner etc. und ein asiatisches Restaurant. Mit dem Pkw ist man in ca. 30 min. in München. Ich kann einen Aufenthalt bei Pauline sehr empfehlen und werde in Zukunft sicher selbst wieder Gast bei Pauline sein.

Es war ein tolles Haus. Meine Familie war zu fünft da, und es war ausreichend Platz. Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt von Toaster über verschiedene Kaffeemaschinen. Ein schöner Garten. Die Erreichbarkeit mit Öffentlichen ist sehr gut. Ich würde es sofort wieder buchen.

Den Aufenthalt bei Thomas kann ich sehr empfehlen. Die Lage ist toll und die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht. Thomas war sehr freundlich und ich kann die Unterkunft u eingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Wir haben uns im Haus von Sophia und Patrick sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus war sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Es bietet viel Platz auch mit mehreren erwachsenen Personen. Die Kommunikation mit Patrick war sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Ein paar Minuten vom Haus entfernt, erreicht man mit dem Auto das P+R Neuperlach Süd, von dort ist es mit der U-Bahn etwa 25 Minuten ins Zentrum.

Although our recent trip to Bavaria included castles, amazing cuisine and incredible sights, one of our fondest and most special memories will forever be meeting Hubertus and Jennifer. You will not find two more caring, more thoughtful hosts and our stay at their cottage was absolutely wonderful. The love and warmth they put into their cottage is self evident and reflects in almost every detail of their home. From the handwritten welcome note and bottle of wine we received on arrival to their recommendations and helpful tips as we navigated the surrounding areas, we felt as though we were staying with old friends and were looked after with such special attention and care. My husband and I feel so grateful to have met them and could not recommend others to book a stay at their cottage strongly enough. Thank you again for everything! It truly was a perfect stay :)

Wir haben es genossen für uns sein zu können. Die Lage war einfach genial und bot viele Möglichkeiten zum Erkunden. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen, in der Gegend ist nichts Vergleichbares zu finden. Einfach in jeder Hinsicht ein Schmuckstück!

our family had a really great time staying at Madsen's place. though walking to the train station takes around 10-15mins but it was an easy walk with nice greeneries and houses to look at. The apartment had everything from soya sauce for cooking to playmobil and Lego to keep the kids entertained. our kids love the place very much. it is a really spacious and well thought out apartment. lastly, Madsen has been a really really great and thoughtful host, will definitely recommend people to stay on his properties!

We had a lovely vacation in Munich while staying at Fabian’s house. It is a lovely neighbourhood close to a river and within 15-20 mins walking distance of the old town. The neighbourhood is full of bakeries, cafes, bars and restaurants within 5-10 mins walking distance. Fabian was a great host. He was very quick in responding to our questions. In case we come back to Munich in the future, we will stay at Fabian’s apt, subject of course to availability.

Excelente departamento!! Todo impecable, de excelente calidad y nuevo!! Además es muy cómodo y amplio, tanto la cocina como el baño. Ambos perfectamente equipados con todo a nuevo. La zona está a menos de 30' de caminata del centro histórico y con una estación del metro a metros. Esto lo hace una excelente zona para alojarse porque es muy tranquila y a minutos de cualquier lugar. Además tiene excelentes restaurantes y supermercados muy cerca. Sin dudas vamos a volver a Munich muy pronto y a alojarnos en este departamento.

Susanne ist eine tolle Gastgeberin! Ich habe mich rundum wohl gefühlt. Man hat alles was man braucht in der Wohnung - sogar eine Terrasse. Beim checkout habe ich leider einen Teil meiner Kleidung im Schrank vergessen - ich wurde direkt nochmal kontaktiert und hatte die Möglichkeit, zurück zu kommen und meine Sachen noch schnell zu holen. 1000 Dank dafür !

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in München. Die Umgebung mit schönen Restaurants, Bars und Cafés war fantastisch. Im Airbnb haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Wir haben auch Homeoffice dort gemacht und das Internet hat einwandfrei funktioniert.

Bereits vor der Buchung stand Simon für jede Frage zur Verfügung und antwortete überaus schnell. Der Kontakt war jederzeit total sympathisch und freundlich! So hatten wir bereits bei der Buchung ein gutes Gefühl. Das Apartment ist ruhig gelegen und trotzdem ist man mit Bus und U-Bahn, welche alle paar Minuten fahren, schnell im Zentrum. Das Apartment war sehr sauber, modern und schön eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen! ☺️ Ganz klare Empfehlung!

Used the place as a pit stop for a meeting. stayed just the night but everything was perfect. the coffee and tea was a special treat :)

Our stay was great! Check in was seamless - one of the easiest airbnbs to find and get into I’ve been to. Very clear instructions and a helpful host :) the location was PERFECT. Tons of stuff to do within easy walking distance and the whole city at your fingertips with easy and close public transportation. I stayed with my two small children and we were very comfortable and felt very safe.

Location, location, location! Close to many museums, restaurants, markets, boutiques, and only a short subway trip to center of Munich. Sarah’s place was perfect for our week stay in Munich! The place was spotless, modern, and well equipped. She took initiative to make our stay even more comfortable for us and our adult daughter. Thank you, Sarah. We would enjoy staying at your home again someday.

Alles super! Sehr schönes Haus, tolle Einrichtung, sehr ruhig. Es gibt sogar ein prall gefülltes Bücherregal. Zum Kochen war alles da, Gewürze, Öle etc. Zur Begrüßung gab’s Brezeln und kleine Snacks sowie gekühlte Getränke. W-LAN war gut. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Mike e Franzi ci hanno messo a disposizione la loro casa per 3 notti. La casa è a pochi minuti dalla fermata della metro che vi porterá in centro cittá. Inoltre, è molto bella, pulita e in una zona molto tranquilla. Mike e Franzi sono stati gentilissimi e super disponibili, consigliandoci anche i migliori posti dove poter mangiare e bere.

Perfect for what I needed. Near the underground and could be in the heart of the city quickly. Apartment had everything I needed. Rosa was always responsive and helpful. Oh, and a really comfy bed!

Great apartment 6 min walk to Marienplatz and everything else. Very quiet, well appointed and comfortable. This was our second time there. Lemlem allowed an early check in which was extremely helpful and organized a really early taxi to the airport also extremely helpful. If was to go to M again I would stay here.
