Small, newly renovated apartment in a simple environment in Munich City Ost (Untere Au), which I use during the week for project work in Munich myself and otherwise like to rent out. U-Bahn Kolumbusplatz is 100 m away with direct connections to the city center (Sendlinger Tor = 2 stations, trade fair = 9 stations). Shops such as REWE, Edeka, Rossmann and pharmacy are within walking distance. Highly recommended Italian restaurant and other gastronomy as well. Enjoy your stay! 🙂

Mt. Gallery Apartment

The generously cut, light-flooded attic apartment offers a cozy living atmosphere. Two separate sleeping rooms. Open kitchen with dishwasher and access to the living room forms the center. The separate sleeping room can be used as office with screen and printer. The bedroom is furnished with a large double bed and offers a cozy stars-atmosphere. Behind the house you will find a car parking space and two very old bicycles for you. 20 minutes from central station by bus and metro.

Private apartment near Giesinger Bahnhof, Munich

The apartment is situated on the third floor, with a small balcony overlooking Giesingerplatz. There are several supermarkets less than 200m away, as well as a train, subway and bus station around 50m away (Giesinger Bahnhof). It has a lot of light. Since it is my permanent residence all my belongings are there at all times, but there is free space in the closet and drawers. It is perfectly for teleworking, with a big desk, two work chairs and fast wifi connection.

The apartment is equipped with a box spring bed (1.40 x 2 meters) as well as a sofa bed (1.60 x 2 meters). In the living room there is a large table that can be used as a desk as well as a living wall (for personal belongings).) The bathroom has a shower with tub + glass screen as well as a towel dryer. The kitchen is equipped with everything essential (fridge/stove/microwave) . Dishes, pots and pan are provided.
