Eure Unterkunft befindet sich Nahe der Elbe in einem Hinterhaus mit blumig mediterranem Außenbereich. Die Innenstadt ist mit der Straßenbahn in 15min zu erreichen, die Neustadt in 10min. Wer also dem Großstadt Trubel gern ein wenig entflieht und dennoch schnell im Zentrum sein möchte ist Hier gern zum Verweilen eingeladen. Wir freuen uns auf euch :)

Cozy 1-room Apartment is located on the raised ground floor of a beautifully renovated, listed old building, with magnificent Elb views in a quiet location not far from the center. The Elbradweg leads right past the house and the stop of tram line 9, which reaches old town, Semperoper etc in 10 minutes, is right behind the house. Our apartment is located in the attic of our residential building with a beautiful view over the quiet district of Klotzsche. It consists of a living room and a bedroom as well as a hallway, kitchen and bathroom with shower. The walk to the tram that goes directly to the city center takes about 5 minutes. Basically, everyone is welcome with us, but the apartment is not barrier-free due to the location in the attic and difficult to reach for small children.

Our cozy apartment is located in a quiet location on the outskirts of Dresden. Perfect for guests who appreciate the proximity to the city as well as the idyllic nature. A bus from here will take you directly to downtown. From here you can easily reach highlights such as Dresden's old town, Moritzburg Castle, the Moritzburg ponds and the Lößnitzgrund with the narrow-gauge railway. The right place for couples, solo travelers or professionals.

There is a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a 140 bed. The bathroom with window has a bathtub, 80 liters of hot water and a shower curtain. The kitchen has a dishwasher and a ceramic stovetop with oven. It is equipped with pots and dishes. A dining table, couch and pantry are also available.

The apartment is located on the edge of the Radebeul vineyards between Dresden and Moritzburg in the district of Boxdorf. Arrival via the Dresden Wilder Mann highway exit in 5 minutes. From Dresden Airport you can reach us by bus line 80 (towards Omsewitz) in 20 minutes. Excursions to the city center of Dresden are also easily accessible by public transport.

The guest apartment is located in a modern house (Bauhaus style) in a second row on a property surrounded by venerable trees. Right across the street is a park (Beutlerpark) with old trees. This is in close proximity to the city center and about 15 minutes by foot or with trams (lines 3, 8, 10 and 11, etc.), stops about 8-10 minutes away, to reach.

Welcome to the Koboldhütte

The Koboldhütte is a modern renovated apartment in a house from 1750. The ceiling height is, as was customary at the time, about 2 meters! If you have any questions, queries or requests, please do not hesitate to contact us personally. We live on the same property. Our front door is under the rear balcony.
