Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. There is a lot of room for up to 4 people, areas to relax, cook or work. Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

Zu Fuß sind schnell Kurgarten, Bushaltestellen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bank, Minigolfanlage, Ärzte, Gaststätten und diverse Wanderwege zu erreichen. Über schöne Wanderwege kommt man zu Schloss Aschach. Die schöne Rhön lädt zu diversen Unternehmungen ein. Hier z. B. Wasserkuppe mit Sommerrodelbahn, Kreuzberg usw. Die liebevoll renovierte Wald Villa aus dem Jahr 1982 liegt auf einem 6.500 m² großen Grundstück direkt am Waldrand – umgeben von alten Bäumen und vielen gemütlichen Plätzen zum Verweilen. Ein gemeinschaftlicher Wellnessbereich mit Fitnessgeräten, Jacuzzi und einer großzügigen Sauna lädt zum Entspannen ein. Hier kannst du zur Ruhe kommen, neue Energie tanken und die Natur in vollen Zügen genießen.

Rothhäuser Mühle (Korbhaus) in Bavaria/Lower Franconia

On the first floor is the apartment "Korbhaus." On approx. 60 square meters, there are two separate bedrooms (each with double beds), a living room, kitchen with dining area and a bathroom with shower/toilet. A wooden staircase leads to the apartment. The front porch also invites you to linger. Since the basement is only used as a utility room, you will live in the house all by yourself - without being disturbed by other vacation guests in the same house.

Our aim is to welcome guests with a dog as well as the ones without into a friendly, cosy atmosphere. The appartment is at the edge of Oberelsbach - ideally for hikes. Basic shopping is possible and there is a nice café, a gas station and a pharmacy. Hiking and Cycling trails start directly from the house. But also there are bus lines which opperate in different directions as well as right into the heart of the hiking area.
