For shopping, sightseeing or for trade fair visitors, Cologne is within easy reach thanks to the excellent connection to the highway + public transport.

Cozy apartment furnished with a lot of love in an old half-timbered house. Separate entrance, sunny terrace.. here only the birds "disturb". The property is at the end of a dead end in the middle of forest and meadows. Great for hikers and bikers, starting right outside. In the large garden behind the house, you can bask in the sun as you please, sit comfortably under the walnut tree, use the sauna (€10 for additional costs), or end the day by the campfire!

My place is close to the Bevertalsperre, but still close to the city. In the small rustic but cozy apartment, everyone can feel comfortable. Families get their money's worth, as there is plenty of space outside and plenty of play equipment available. Hiking from the house is possible for hours.
