We had a great stay at the apartment. Everything was sparkling clean and equipped with everything we needed. The location near Garmisch was optimal for us. Communication with Theresa was also very straightforward.

VERY clean, modern, nice apartment in walking distance to everything. Location is on the busy main road but the windows/doors are incredibly thick so you couldn’t hear traffic at all- very quiet. Wonderful appliances including washer/dryer. Proactive communication from host with helpful info on the area for visitors- thank you for a nice stay!

Very peaceful stay for exploring the Oberau/Garmisch area. The flat was immensely well equipped (kitchen, bedrooms, and bathroom), beds were comfortable, the area was quiet, and Mariette was a clear communicator throughout. It was a fantastic stay

Beautiful, lovingly furnished apartment. Everything we needed was there. The hosts were very attentive and we felt very comfortable accordingly. We especially liked the view and the quick way to the countryside, towards Kuhflucht waterfalls or on various hiking routes. Thank you very much.

Tido’s place is perfectly located in the center of the Zugspitze region and is the perfect home base for your Bavarian Alps vacation. Tido was extremely helpful, communicative and always available. The apartment was spacious and well equipped with everything you might need during your stay. Highly recommended!

Don't hesitate to book this place! We had a relaxing, very comfortable stay. Birgit was an exceptional host; friendly and accommodating, she responded to our every question and went above and beyond to ensure a great stay. The kitchen had everything we needed to fix some of our own food and we have never slept on a more comfortable sofa bed! (We were a party of 4.) Last, but certainly not least, was the majestic view! The mountain view is even better in person AND there is a waterfall view from the other end of the apartment that was a pleasant surprise upon our arrival! If we ever have the privilege of returning to the area, we would 100% book this stay again!

We had a very nice stay at Antonia and Robert's place. Antonia always responds very quickly and is extremely structured. The contact was really very nice. The place is in a great location. You can get everywhere very quickly on foot, and you can use the bus or the cogwheel railway. The apartment is practical and nicely decorated. We can only recommend a vacation with the two from the heart.

We spent a weekend here and it was a great stay! Very nice and clean apartment with an amazing mountain view. On our first day the host came by to say hello personally. If you need anything don’t hesitate to ask her! We highly recommend this accommodation. And we’ll be back :)

Farchant is a charming place - a bit quieter than Garmisch. The accommodation is well equipped, cozy and offers plenty of space for 2 people. Gabi, the hostess, contributes greatly to a relaxing and interesting vacation with her friendly, warm-hearted manner and her always helpful information.

Loved staying at Marcel’s apartment. I have been to Garmisch many times and this was one of the best places yet. The yard for my pup Brody was great, he got a chance to hang in the sun yesterday. Very peaceful and quiet. Walkable to Both Partikirchen and Garmisch. Easy to walk to nearby trails. Highly would recommend and would stay again if available.

Katharina and Jeffs place was everything we hoped for! It was the perfect amount of space that the studio provided us, the kitchenette was all we needed to prepare and cook meals. Everything was spotless clean, the location could not have been better! Quiet with surrounding mountain views walkable to everything! Thank you for everything, we’ll hope to come back another time :)

Thanks for the nice week in the Allgäu. The apartment is as described and equipped with everything you might need. We were also able to park our e-bike safely at Marita's and were able to hike or cycle directly every day. The apartment is super located in Farchant, you can quickly reach the baker, village shop or the restaurants. You come directly into the field and into nature. The closest bus is also only about 8 minutes' walk away. Great apartment, great hosts, we will be happy to come back.

We had a great week in Stephanie's apartment. As a young family with a baby under one year old, we felt completely comfortable from the first moment. Stephanie was super friendly, always approachable and very communicative – you can tell that she cares about the well-being of her guests. The apartment corresponded 100% to the description – and the pictures absolutely deliver what they promise. It is one of the most beautiful vacation apartments we have ever stayed in: stylishly furnished, very clean and with a magnificent mountain panorama from every window. The location is also ideal – central enough to reach everything on foot: supermarkets for weekly shopping, cable cars and hiking trails start nearby, and in the evening there are many nice restaurants in the area that invite you to linger. We highly recommend the accommodation – even for families with small children – and are already thinking about coming back next year.

We have come back here because we liked the first time very much. The accommodation is very cozy, and the host is very friendly, and does her best to ensure a comfortable stay. In the beautiful surroundings, there is also plenty to do and see.

I liked it very much, great starting point for ski tours/hiking, very quiet, good Wi-Fi for working, 10 minutes' walk to the supermarket.

This is a perfect apartment near Innsbruck with everything you need to have a wonderful time with family and friends. Convenient location (you need a car), beautiful scenery, perfectly clean and prepared for comfort. We were 4 and enjoyed very much the stay!

Christine and Josef are very warm and reliable hosts. They were always there with advice. Good tips and literature for activities! Our 8-year-old daughter was allowed to pet the rabbits and take a look inside the stable. The new apartment was furnished with loving details.

Great chalet, great lake views. The only drawback of the first floor apartment is the footpath and if you should be lazy on the couch and do not want to be examined by hikers, you have to close the curtains. Otherwise very well located as a hiking starting point. The view from the hot tub leaves nothing to be desired and in the sauna you can relax comfortably.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. There was really everything we needed, from towels to the initial equipment for breakfast. Unfortunately, our time in Telfs was quite unpleasant. But after a rainy hike, the sauna and the pool did particularly well.

Everything is great and as described! Quiet location but 15 minutes by car to Innsbruck! Communication super straightforward and fast. We were completely satisfied :)
