Apartment vacation rentals in Oaxaca, Centro

We had a great stay and would recommend! Location is perfect just outside of the Centro tourist zone with a bunch of new small cafes and shops. The interior was thoughtfully decorated, super spacious and comfy. A previous guest mentioned that there’s street noise which is true but a glass separation blocks all the sound from the bedrooms. It’s a typical Oaxaca 1 story building so to be expected. Most of all, the hospitality was great! We were greeted with chocolates and mezcal, offered local tips, and our host was always super responsive. Highly recommend!

Nuestra estancia fue muy excelente. El apartamento estaba muy agradable, limpio y queda en una zona excelente para explorar el centro de Oaxaca. Skarlett fue una anfitriona amable y atenta durante nuestra estancia. Definitivamente lo recomendaría.

Overall this loft was a great place to stay at during our time in Oaxaca, it is pretty close to the centro which was very convenient for us and the place was very comfortable. The area around the loft however can get quite noisy at times throughout the night since there are always cars passing by.

I stayed for three weeks at Luis‘s place and I have to say that it was the best Airbnb experience I have ever had. One thing that stood out was how well stocked Luis‘s kitchen was. That is pretty rare in the Airbnb world but Luis had some extras like a juicer, a blender, and many Tupperware containers. This was handy. His place was also super clean. Luis was super responsive during my stay. He always wrote back really quickly and he always made sure that we had what we needed in terms of things like freshwater and extra blankets. You can tell Luis takes is hosting duties seriously and cares about his guests. Internet was also fast and reliable. The apartment is on the small side, but we never felt cramped. It is also right on the street at ground level, so you are going to hear a bit of street noise. It was actually much quieter than I thought it would be, especially in the night. One big bonus was the shared terrace upstairs. Overall a terrific experience. Highly recommend!

Gio's place was perfect for my few nights in Oaxaca and I appreciated how attentive he was to all the details and any questions I had. The apartment had everything I needed and I slept very comfortably each night. One thing, the windows overlook a street that was busy at some times and noisy at times. It didn't bother me but it is worth nothing. I'd stay there again.

Beautiful property in a perfect location in the centro district. Very close to everything and the property was just what we needed. Highly recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb! It's in an amazing location -- so easy to walk to everywhere we wanted to go in Oaxaca, the hosts are super responsive and even allowed us to drop our bags off super early so we could roam around the city bag-free the morning we arrived. The apartment had everything we needed and more. I worked remote and had great internet! The beds are comfy, and honestly, we didn't find the noise too bad as the other reviews described (though I am not too bothered by noise in general). I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a 2BR stay in a very convenient location!

Al estar en el interior no se escucha el ruido de la calle, un lugar muy bonito lo recomiendo mucho queda cerca del centro caminando a unas cuadras

Los anfitriones muy atentos, con respuestas rápidas y aparte pudimos dejar nuestras maletas para seguir disfrutando. También el lugar cuenta con un restaurante que sirve cuando vas a los tours para pedir comida para llevar, además el personal del restaurante el Quelite que tipazas las chicas.

Loved our Xochi apartment we called home for a week during Dia de Muertos! The neighborhood was so nice and the walk to Centro and Jalatlaco was perfect. The apartment was very clean and private. The bed, shower and kitchen pristine and comfortable. Loved the comped breakfast right out the back door to the restaurant. Perfect! I highly recommend this wonderful place to anyone staying in Oaxaca. Can’t wait to return!

El mejor departamento que pudimos encontrar en Oaxaca, sofisticado, silencioso, extremadamente limpio, dan ganas de no irse nunca. Además Jhonatan estuvo siempre al pendiente de lo que necesitábamos, apoyándonos en cada cosa que pedimos, e incluso haciendo algo más. Acceso simple desde la calle, con tiendas cercanas y a poco tiempo caminando al bello centro de Oaxaca.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour ! Le logement est dans un endroit calme à l'abri de la route, il est très bien placé, nous avons tout fait à pied. Le petit plus, serait un peu plus d'équipement dans la cuisine ce qui permettrait de pouvoir se faire la cuisine plus facilement sinon le reste était très bien !

I had a great stay at Daphne’s place. It’s perfect if your travelling solo - there is more than enough room! The location is also great - there are good coffee shops close-by and you’re only 5 minutes from Santo Domingo church. The Wi-Fi seas also great - I had a job interview while staying and didn’t have any issues with the connection. If I am ever back in Oaxaca I will be sure to stay at Daphne’s place again!

Great Airbnb exactly as described. Hosts were very responsive with any issues at all and were proactive about asking for any concerns at all. Air conditioning in the bedroom was so nice as it was quite hot outside when we were visiting. Wi-Fi worked great. They also provided drinking water.

Thank you so much for another amazing stay (this was our second time here). Absolutely beautiful property and the perfect size for a group of 6 - so many different spaces to hang out, work, or have downtime for ourselves. Communication, check-in process, and general information/guidance were excellent.

The place is far from the centre of Oaxaca where many of the things to see and do are, you’ll need a car if you stay here - Taxis aren’t as accessible / convenient depending on time of day. Otherwise, great place and made use of the rooftop. Very clean, easy check in.

Por la geografía de la ciudad, en está zona las casas no manejan cocheras, si eres de los que se preocupa mucho por dejar tu auto en la calle Piénsalo bien, si llegas sin auto , es lo mejor por que te quitas ese pendiente. de lo demás todo OK anfitrión e instalación.

Estuvo muy cómoda nuestra estancia, el guardia siempre muy atento y amable, vale la pena hacer espacio para poder disfrutar del departamento, el área es tranquila y la vista preciosa. Rosa, te provee con toda la información necesaria del lugar y recomendaciones de la ciudad. Como recomendación hay que anticipar los taxis para las salidas.

Un lugar muy recomendable, nos encantó todo, el jacuzzi está increíble, todo muy ordenado, limpio y bonito. Sin duda regresaríamos.
