It is attached to our personal home but has zero shared space. It is equipped with mini fridge, microwave, kuerig, toaster, and kitchen necessities. We are close to great food and shopping. Only five minutes away from Lake Lanier and centrally located between Gainesville and Flowery Branch, GA. We are close to 985 and 20 minutes from the Mall of Georgia!

Relax and unwind at this charming Lake Lanier home! Enjoy swimming and kayaking in the secluded cove, fishing, boating, reading, s’mores and lakeside fun. Boat rentals are available nearby, and the private dock is five minutes by boat from Gainesville Marina. The fully stocked home offers high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TVs, board games, a fireplace, back-deck dining, gas grill and fire pit. Lake levels are currently 6 feet below full pool. Please check with the owner before booking if bringing a boat.
