Vineyard Cottage on the Lake on Niagara Wine route

LRating, 5 stars25 months ago
The location of Miao’s lovely cottage is the best. We couldn’t have asked for more. It’s peaceful, quiet, private and heavenly. The sliding door off the living room opens to Lake Ontario. Watching the sunrise and sunset from your dining table is breathtaking. The back of the property is a quiet vineyard full of nature, cute birds, chipmunks and squirrels. Miao kindly reminded us to bring our bug spray because it was right next to the lake. The hot water didn’t work well the first night (Miao has communicated with us about it) and she called technician in and have it fixed quickly the next day. The coffee machine is basic and they do have a grinder if you want to bring your own coffee beans. I found some dog hair here and there on the floor. It didn’t take me too long to clean it up. The hairdryer is rusty and I should’ve brought our own. Other than these it was a lovely stay.

Riesling cottage on the lake/vineyard in Niagara

AndrewRating, 5 stars21 months ago
For my family (wife and two dogs), this was a great place to stay. The views are outstanding… lake on one side, vineyard on the other side. Didn’t realize that another cottage would be so close to us, but it really didn’t bother us at all. Dogs loved the secluded area to run around. Took full advantage of the fire pit. Bed was comfortable, water pressure was great. The interior of the cottage is certainly a bit dated but we didn’t spend that much time inside cooking or anything. At least at this time of year (early fall), the bugs on the property are kinda insane either because of the grapes or the lake or both. Constant swarms of little midges or something outside. Spiders are working overtime to catch them all, so even if the owner is power washing outside furniture, windows, screens daily…. My guess is that the bug and cobwebs would be back in no time. It can be a little discerning but it’s not the owner’s fault. Just something to be aware of. Great location. Unbeatable views.

Lake House Cottage at the edge of the vineyard

We had a wonderful stay. The place is beautiful with excellent views and the space is very comfortable. There's even a little farmer's market on the edge of the property. Will definitely go back!

Pinot Noir cottage on the lake in Niagara

NoraRating, 5 stars22 months ago
My family and I enjoyed this little home. It was cozy but spacious enough to relax inside but also be outdoors to grill, look out over the lake, walk around and bike around the vineyard. Super close to everything you need from getting in Port Dalhousie and St. Catherine’s. Super close to the QEW as well. The host does mention to bring bug spray and indeed there were plenty of bugs both outside and inside, but it’s to be expected considering the location and didn’t bother us. The house was well stocked with whatever you needed and the towels and sheets clean as well.

Cozy Country Estate on 13 Acres

MikeRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We have stayed at this property a few times because it is a beautiful spot, the house is kept clean and the host is very responsive. This location is also very close (approx 3 min) to a cool Railway Museum. We brought our children to the spot and they enjoyed looking at and riding in the old trains and streetcars. We are pleased once again.

Chardonnay cottage on the lake/vineyard in Niagara

LizetteRating, 5 stars22 months ago
The 2-bedroom Chardonnay cottage is beautifully nestled in a private corner within a vineyard. It’s got Great views of the lake from every room. Relaxing atmosphere and very comfortable for a family of 6. Very convenient to a fresh produce market you can walk to, which opens at 10am everyday. Kitchen is fully equipped. Which included ground coffee, tea, olive oil, salt and pepper all you need is to buy fresh produce from the corner market. It’s like our little home away from home.

Executive Cottage in a CITY on 100 Acres

ArtRating, 5 stars11 months ago
We spent our days in the busy city and needed a quiet, peaceful place to unwind each evening. This was exactly what we needed - and our gracious host patiently addressed all of our concerns, and answered all of our questions. My wife and I especially enjoyed sitting by the private pond and watching the geese.

Unique Cottage Hidden in Toronto's Artsy West End

CarmelaRating, 5 stars9 months ago
Kelly is a great host and it was a pleasure to meet her during our stay. She arranged for an earlier check in and a late check out due to our stay being for medical reason. She is very proactive and a great communicator and her attention to details didn’t go unnoticed. There was a beautiful bouquet of flowers and a welcoming card waiting for us upon our arrival. Our home away from home was as pictured. It was nicely furnished, great decor and very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom/shower very modern. The TV included several streaming apps which was definitely a plus. The location is in a quiet residential area and within walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores. Would definitely recommend this place and we hope to come back again.

The Cottage in High Park - Free Parking!

LindseyRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Kim’s place is above and beyond expectations. It was the perfect holiday for our toddler son and us, close to all the shops and 15 minutes in a car to downtown Toronto. The outdoor cinema was a highlight, as well as all the small touches throughout the place. It was very hard to leave! We would come back here for any future visits. Thank you Kim and Chloe!
