This place is well labeled, because this is a very fun house! The open concept allows for good flow for a fun day with your guests at this house. The back yard is big enough for yard games, as well as a nice patio table and grill. The charcoal grill even came with a tower for getting it started! My guests and I absolutely had a blast at this house. Would definitely recommend and would absolutely book again. Harold has done a great job with this place!

Missy was a super host! Extremely responsive for anything we needed to communicate, and when out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. The property was absolutely as described, up north feel in Southern Michigan. The deck and the lake were fabulous. Will stay here again the next time we are visiting family. The decor and space of the home was cozy and very comfortable. Cheryl was very kind and left breakfast for us! We thought the treehouse would be a little closer to the house, (about an acre away from the main house) so my adult kids were not happy about being in a separate space entirely, especially with no bathroom. I thought it was darling though.

I felt at home immediately as soon as I pulled into the driveway! And all the great and noticeable touches made that feeling even stronger! And probably the most important part of all, I slept perfectly on that super-comfortable bed! I would love to return if I ever get back to the area!

We loved having a small family reunion at this house with our Michigan relatives! It was the perfect house to make dinners and relax and grill as well. We needed three bedrooms for our stay, and Ian offered two separate units: the Zen Suite (one bedroom) located above the Cook Suite (two bedrooms). Each suite has its own separate entrance, which was OK with us. Both suites were clean and comfortable, and I particularly liked the interior design. The Zen Suite also had a hot tub on the large patio, which was a highlight of our stay. Check-in was easy. There's a nice grocery store just across the street and several restaurants within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay!

Stayed for a night and caught a show at royal oaks theater. I couldn’t not recommend this spot more. A few bucks more than a hotel room but so worth it. Insanely close to so many things, great spots to eat and drink, a market next door, quiet neighborhood. Very comfortable and private inside, cool basement vibes.

Stayed for a month at Kennedy’s place and it was absolutely wonderful experience with her. Always very responsive and proactive! She even brought us an Air Fryer that was listed but wasn’t there and she brought it right away! Excellent host!
