New renovation, new furnitures and new appliances. Hotel condo studio in Waikiki, 5 minutes walk to the Waikiki Beach. Great location for beach and sea sports lovers. Conveniently located, 10 minutes walk to any supermarket, shopping mall and restaurant. There are laundry rooms, restaurant, swimming pool and barbecue areas in our hotel. Ko Tiki Terrace restaurant is on ground floor by the pool. Laundry rooms are on the 4th, 8th and 12th floors. The King size bed is wide and comfortable.

A modern studio features a spacious bed with a textured lavender throw. A large television is mounted on the wall across from a comfortable seating area, which includes a gray sofa and a small round table. Natural light fills the room through large windows leading to a lanai.
