Everything is within easy walking distance including the Convention Center, Ala Moana Shopping Center, Ala Moana Beach Park and Magic Island, with numerous open spaces nearby for exercise, beach and ocean activities. The unit is located on the western side of Waikiki between Waikiki and Ala Moana. This building is very popular from repeaters and students as well. The famous pancakes shop called “Cream Pot” is on the 1st floor of the building and it’s a very good place to have breakfast. The bus stop heading to Ala Moana is 3 minutes walk from the building. This studio unit is on the 26th floor and just renovated with new flooring and ceiling, as well as wet bar.
